This restaurant is a quality Italian restaurant serving great pizza and well-cooked pasta and other traditional dishes. Very good decor, very welcoming. A good place to go for that 'slightly posher' meal that is special, but also good for a quick pizza in a nice environment. Will definitely visit again!

Great place for a meal whether it be lunch or dinner etc. Very nice clean atmosphere. Very good range of menu and reasonable time delay for each of the courses. Plenty of water on the table available at all times. Great service and space. Toilet. All easy to access.

Great first visit! We went in on a very busy Friday night, there were only a couple of tables free. The food still came out in really good time. Restaurant itself looks great, nicely air conditioned, comfortable seats and clean. The menu offers a very wide range of Italian food with some more unusual items on there. The food itself was really tasty. Lamb fell off the bone, with a great taste. Service was good, we could pick out table which is a nice change to places that don’t ask. Even though it was busy, the guys did a good job keeping everybody attended to and we didn’t feel we waited too long for anything.

We were only in Cranleigh for a short time and just needed somewhere to have some lunch fairly quickly and we definitely picked the right place! Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious! We will return, even though it is a bit of a drive! Thank you!

Had high hopes due to good reviews, however found Amarone to be at best average. Pleasant enough surroundings and attentive service, however the food did not shine. My starter of mussels was good, but the hand made mushroom ravioli was somewhat bland and could have done with a more generous amount of sauce. I ordered banoffee for dessert which looked anaemic as it was totally lacking in the essential layer of caramel - merely bananas and cream on top of the biscuit base, and the tiniest drizzle of caramel sauce over the top. The server seemed surprised when I pointed out it was lacking one of the main components, you know the 'toffee' bit in the title?! The tiramisu I chose instead was ok, but needed more marsala to be really good. All in all not awful, but a somewhat underwhelming meal. Won't be rushing back.
