Lovely clean well equipped room.
Location excellent, midway between Portsmouth & Southampton. Views over to the IoW not bad either.
Hosts, Tony & Kate very nice and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast simply superb really set us up for a day of looking around uni.
Great value for money - would certainly recommend.

Stayed here last night as away with work. From the moment I arrived I made to feel very welcome by Tony and Kate who are lovely people. It's in a lovely location with great views. The bed was so comfy, the room was immaculate. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked. Superb value for money cant praise it enough. If I am here for work again I will be staying here. Many Thanks.

The owners were SO helpful, and friendly, the breakfast choices were varied and served quickly, my room was very well appointed, loads of hangers in the wardrobe, and spare blankets too,, the bed, OMG, the bed was incredibly comfy and the duvet sheer bliss. The sun room at the top of the stairs just added to the "Alice in Wonderland" feel of the place, definitely "quirky", I can't imagine anyone not loving it there. AND THERE IS OFF ROAD PARKING!!!!

Really lovely guest house. Very comfortable, excellent breakfast and the hosts are both so lovely. The room was nice, ensuite immaculate, and a wonderful room to enjoy the views of the solent. Great location close to the sea front. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend the guest house, I felt like at home or at a family's place. Wished I could have stayed more, it's very peaceful. one of the best breakfast I had it's worth every penny. Kate has a wonderful soul , sad to see for sale sign of places like this going, If so I hope it will be in just good hands 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful setting, lovely property. Owners super friendly, took the time to chat after our breakfast. Room and ensuite very clean and tidy with plenty of room. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and really tasty, with tea, coffee, juices etc. All in all a super experience. Very happy 😀😀😀

Our 4th visit to the Trevarner and it just gets better! The usual friendly greeting from our hosts Kate and Tony. Delightful bedroom, clean and quiet. Wonderful views over the Solent. The usual quality traditional breakfast. And this time, stunning weather! Delightful walk along the sea-front to Lee on Solent, great local pubs for snacks and evening meals, the adjacent Osbourne View and the Bun Penny in Lee on Solent. Absolutely faultless holiday by the sea.
