Stayed here for a few nights during a recent holiday in the area. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs in the area.

Very nice room well cleaned and tidy. Staff were excellent. Tv and condiments all there and ready, bathroom was all nice and clean with all toiletry’s ready and there fit when you need. The whole place was clean tidy and probably one of the best travel lodges I’ve stayed in.

Lovely staff dogs allowed always good, there is a burger king and Greggs across the road also fuel station and subway there. The rooms are lovely the bathrooms nice beds comfortable lovely bedding also TV included all round nice friendly place to go.

We had a horrible sleep by a drunk man hitting another woman crying in the middle of the night at around 4:00am. However it was a clean and nice room but the TV didn't have much and the shower and sink kept changing speed on it's own

Stayed in for the weekend and cannot fault the staff for friendly service and helpfulness. Parking and access to the building excellent and plenty of places to eat all meals close by. Beds linen clean and beds comfortable and peaceful for good nights sleep

There were no pillowcases on the spare pillows.||There was no hand wash in the sink dispenser.||There was no shower/bath mat for the floor.||I realise these things could maybe be resolved by calling at reception, but you know full well that I shouldn't have to.||||Also -||There were no drinking glasses in the bathroom.||There were no power points by the bed for phone charging.||There was no lock on the bathroom door.||These things are fairly fundamental and expected.||||In addition we found the mattress was quite hard. This may be down to personal preference of course - but I don't think so.||||Based on our experience I wouldn't recommend Travelodge to any of my friends. I have however already told two of our friends what a let down it was over a couple of drinks and a laugh.||

Although this travelodge is in need of an upgrade it has the friendliest and most helpful staff and is kept spotlessly clean and cared for. |Full marks to them Ample free parking is also a plus and very close are many eating establishments within walking distance

Car Park was very limited. Walked into the room and turned the side lights on to hear them buzzing loudly. Looked at the lights and it had cobwebs and was covered in dust.||Cups were coffee stained and very limited tea and coffee.||Turned the bathroom light on and it was flashing like a disco.||Not enough plug sockets and the room was very cold. Turned the heating on and all night it was cold.||Wouldn’t recommend
