I needed a B&B for one night close to where I was booked to give a talk. Rose Cottage was recommended to me, and proved to be a good one. Liz and Steve couldn't have been more friendly and helpful (e.g. fixing me up with an early meal at a local pub). The cottage is charming and surprisingly spacious. My bedroom with en suite was very clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious and generous. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Rose Cottage. Many thanks to Liz and Steve.

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful quintessential English cottage in a small and quiet village. ||Liz & Steve are amazing hosts who welcome you into their family home, with extensive knowledge of the local area. ||We stayed in the Ruby Room which is at the front of the property. ||The beds are very comfortable, with luxuriously soft bedding. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and maintained to a very high standard. ||All amenities are at hand, including the endless supply of coffee and fresh milk! ||The breakfast is freshly prepared with high quality produce and home made bread. ||Thank you Liz & Steve for a wonderful stay. ||Best wishes for the future - Karen & Dave x

Our 2nd stay was as wonderfull as our first last year. This B&B is a real gem. If you are searching something in this area, be sure, this is the place to be. What a fabulous ecperience! Liz and Steve were the perfect hosts along with Rosie the rescue Dog of course. A beautiful cottage in a typical English village setting.|Our room was comfortable and had everything that you could ask for. I slept better than I have ever slept anywhere else and the room and cottage were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and Steve sure nails a poached egg - even giving me hints on how to do it myself. Home baked bread by Liz was superb and we really could not have asked for anything more from our break. We feel that we arrived as guests and left as friends. Thankyou both so much.

On a trip to Norfolk, decided to stop over for a couple of days so we found rose cottage on trust pilot and i must say we were blown away with what we saw and the hospitality from Steve and Liz was second to none. The breakfast was first class. The rooms were spotless and the hospitality could not of been made to feel more welcome.|Will definitely be returning.

Immaculate, that's the word for this lovely B&B with the most friendly hosts Liz and Steve. I've seen only now the other revieuws on this site and not a word is untrue.|We only stayed for 1 night on our way north to Yorkshire and we regret now we couldn't stay longer, We had the Ruby room wich is a good size, a super king size bed, nice en-suite bathroom with shower. All super clean. The dining room is a real gem and the breakfast was superb. |Thank you Liz and Steve for a wonderfull stay.
