Went in with my family and our dog after seeing the Watergate Yard on 'Four in a Bed' for Sunday Brunch.

We shared the Ultimate Breakfast and it was absolutely delicious, the pup loved his chicken off the dog menu as well.

Great atmosphere, great service, reasonable beer selection.

Overall, fantastic. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely lovely place room was clean, cosy and quirky.
Bed was decorated with valentines balloons and a Rose on arrival lovely touch.
Food was so good and the owner Ryan is really nice and friendly and the lady who checked us in and served breakfast I think her name was Amy not sure was also lovely.

Quite a difficult review this one. Food was great, service was great, location was great, atmosphere was great, so why the difficulty? Three of us went for a mid week meal, and the total came to just short of £100. Individually the food didn't seem expensive (ribs £20, mixed grill £22) but 3 mains, 2 dessert and a couple of soft drinks each and a tip and it was just over £100 which just seems a lot for a reasonably normal meal out. Maybe that's a reflection of where we are now with the cost of food, energy, wages etc. but clearly it's going to put people off going out for a meal.

Went for a lovely lunch with a friend post-Christmas. Would have definitely been five stars if not for our wait on food after ordering. Plenty of gluten free options available and food was delish.

Excellent venue for my husband’s 50th birthday, the buffet was presented lovely, plenty to eat for everyone and tasted good too.

We arrived on Thursday 13th For a 2 night stay after seeing 4in a Bed.We were greeted by Anne & stayed in the twin room.
We went into town for drinks & returned for drinks & food.
Ryan sat with us & told us about the accommodation etc.
Food & drink choice great staff friendly & very accommodating.
Breakfast tasty & plentiful.
Valentines 💌 we had our bedroom decorated with roses balloons & petals a wonderful surprise. The valentines meal deal 2 cocktails, a choice of 5 sharing plates plus dessert to share was plentiful - delicious thanks @£45.
Hayley Tom Anne & ofcoarse Ryan amazing staff & hosts would recommend 100% well deserved winners of 4 in a bed.
No parking but we used Just Park & parked @ Sainsbury’s a 5min walk.
Well worth a visit can’t wait to return 😁🥰

Love the quirky room we had overlooking the yard.
Especially love the tiny fridge with bottled water and fresh milk for the tea and coffee as I have a pet hate of UHT. What a brilliant idea.
The English Breakfast was tasty, ample and prompt and the staff lovely and friendly.
Definitely recommend a stay here.
