My husband and had decided on a last minute weekend away, exploring somewhere new to us.||We chose Shropshire and Woofferton Travelodge came up. ||We were very glad we used this as it was extremely convenient for exploring Ludlow, Bridgnorth Carding Mill Valley, Clun and over the border into Wales.||The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The cost was very reasonable for our 4 night stay.||It was also easy to park with a lovely pub next door. The Salwey Arms, great for food.||There is also a small Asda, Gregg's and Starbucks. All very useful.||All in all, I would highly recommend. ||

We stayed at the Travelodge Woofferton this weekend, the hotel was basic but the cleanliness was fantastic, it looks a wee bit tired and needs a perk up which I am sure it will get at some point, but the staff here went above and beyond from the minute we arrived here after a 9 hour journey we were impressed. The welcome was just perfect friendly, efficient, customer centred but most of all genuine, which makes all the difference, I think it might have been Sarah when we arrived, well Sarah you are fabulous 😁 The next morning it was the manager Dorita, most helpful helping my husband unpick waistcoat pockets 😁. When we returned in the evening it was the most wonderful Cilla, what a lovely lady, so natural, kind an such an asset to your hotel, we loved you 🥰 Let’s not forget the domestic staff, like I previously said it was spotless thanks to them and like the rest of the staff they were so friendly and natural. So please Travelodge give your fab staff a massive pat on the back for such a glowing review as it’s all about them, they run it for you, give them the massive credit they undoubtedly deserve. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and such fun.

Very old style hotel. The rooms even have proper keys (not cards!).
It’s your standard old style budget hotel but nevertheless it’s fine if it’s just a room for the night. Room was large, comfortable and clean and of the usual Travelodge appearance if a little old and tired. TBF they seem to have given the place a fresh kick of paint. It was very quiet. Next to an Asda service station with a Greggs inside, and the pub opposite is nice. As with everything in life, you get what you pay for and this was cheap enough.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was well located with a Starbucks/mini Asda in the car park and a lovely country pub across the road. Only downside was the car park which was full of massive pot holes.

Had a long drive from Suffolk so wanted to overnight so could meet up with people early the next day. This was perfect for our needs. Arrived at 12 midnight ,was met at the door in seconds and our room key and directions to it given in seconds allowing us to get in and sort ourselves out in no time. Nice big room. Good tv lovely dble bed and nice bathroom. Towels and extra pillows in the room. Tea coffee ect in room. Had to leave early but well rested. Very happy we booked with travelodge and great price.
