Lovely old farmhouse, very quiet, lovely gardens. Chris and Nicki made me very welcome, along with next doors cat. Large comfortable room, shower needs updating but believe Chris has it in hand. I opted for the cooked breakfast , local sausages eggs from their own hens, all very tasty. Good choice of tea and coffee in the room with fresh milk and can of drink and bottle of water in a little fridge along with a couple of homemade cookies. Good spot for discovering the lovely local countryside.

Hired the whole b'n'b with friends so we could attend a wedding in the local area. The place was spotless, with thoughtful touches in the rooms like bottles of water, cans of soft drinks and flapjacks along with tea and coffee - which we all appreciated as being in the countryside there can sometimes be limited options. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were absolutley wonderful. The homemade muffins were mouthwteringly good! We would definitly stay again. Thank you for having us!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lower House. We were walking the Shropshire Way and stayed for a few days rest. It was perfect! Peaceful, relaxing and just the ticket. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋 Chris & Nicki are brilliant hosts. We will definitely stay again.

Our room in Stable Cottage, was generous and comfortable. Homemade snacks and partly stocked fridge were very welcome when we arrived. With a separate downstairs lounge there was plenty of options for seating and spreading out. We felt right at home. The cooked breakfast option, do take this reasonable upgrade at £5. It was great portions and well served.

My daughter and I had a wonderful couple of nights here. It was in a lovely spot and a beautiful property. Such lovely hosts who went out of their way to make our stay special. We are Vegan and Vegetarian and they catered for this perfectly. We had an outstanding cooked breakfast plus all the extras and lovey fresh fruit salad. Nikki had made fresh different flavoured Muffins which we took out with us for a mid morning snack as we were so full. They were absolutely delicious especially the lemon and poppy seed.|The beds were so comfy and a lovely hot shower. Plenty of parking and free range chickens in the garden.|Utterly perfect. 🥰

We are already planning our next visit! The most lovely hosts Chris and Nicki have set up a wonderful B&B. They catered for all our food needs (gluten free and dairy free) in our most delicious breakfast. We stayed in the cottage which was lovely and they have a superb garden to enjoy during your stay. The house is beautiful, the gardens delightful, the breakfast was great, but what makes this little gem even more special are the hosts. Highly recommend planning a holiday to Herefordshire and stay at Lower House.

A gem in a contryside location . Our hosts Niki & Chris nothing was too much trouble.....
great breakfast Comfortable bed great views our room wasnt on suite but we had our own large bathroom two steps away.

My partner and I recently stayed at Lower House B&B and we can honestly say it was truly wonderful from start to finish! Nikki and Chris are lovely people - so welcoming and friendly - and went out of their way to make our stay delightful…we felt like old friends rather than guests! The room was perfect, the setting peaceful and tranquil and the breakfast delicious…best stewed apple ever!!! We will definitely be returning - a two day stay was certainly not long enough!
