Paul, the host was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about things to do in Ludlow. The Green Dragon is close to the town centre and all amenities. If you like quirky, then this venue is for you. However, if you or any of your party suffer from a physical disability, the stairs are both narrow and steep. The room was clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. With the one proviso above, we would recommend the Green Dragon for a short stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the green dragon. Paul was an excellent host. Has great knowledge of the local area and cannot do enough for you.
Went to Ludlow brewery for drinks and food on Paul’s recommendation. Definitely worth a visit. A lovely quirky residence, with a very attentive owner.

We have stayed a few times and have booked to return. Suzie and Paul are fantastic hosts. The room and ensuite are clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The atmosphere is relaxed. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. We always feel very welcome
and feel like we have made lovely friends in Suzie and Paul. Great location.

Great place to stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in someone's house something to consider if you want your normal hotel experience.
However if you want a more unique and friendly service this place is for you. The hosts Suzie and Paul will bend over backwards to help you and the room is comfy and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and for any advise for the area just ask. Me and the wife will definitely be returning

My stay at the Green Dragon was wonderful. Suzie was lovely and couldn’t do enough for me. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than my own actually! Breakfast was continental but there was so much selection. Really enjoyed my stay and Ludlow in general was beautiful! Hopefully I’ll go back one day.

The hosts were very Friendly but in my opinion it was too much. I felt like we were just staying in their home, with their personal things in the bedroom and bathroom. There is in only a barrel bolt on te inside of the door so you can lock the door from the inside but not on the outside so when your belongings are left in the room and you go out anyone can go in, not very secure. For the price we paid (£76) the continental breakfast was very poor, plenty of choice but only cheap food and big jars of jam etc to use which I don't find very appealing, and again the host chattering away stood at the table. The tea , coffee facilities in the room were good with fresh milk in a jug in the fridge, and toiletries in the bathroom to use if needed. Towels and bedding clean and the bed was comfy.

A lovely B&B. Suzie and Paul couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean, with an obvious attention to detail by the hosts. A jug of milk in its own mini fridge in the room rather than the usual plastic cartons of UHT, to name but one. Plenty of choice for breakfast (hot and cold). A great location approx 5min walk from Market Square. If stopping in a soleless Travel Lodge is your thing, stop there. If you want to stop with friends, stop at the Green Dragon. Its a no brainer for us and we look forward to our next visit.

The best place ...Sue is just lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Location is in the centre of LUDLOW and at a fair price. Linen and furniture to a high standard There was even fresh milk in the mini fridge in the room. Parking on street but I was able to use there garage 200 yards I away for free!! Saw a negative review by someone else...guess they must live on the Planet Miserable! Ha x Ha x
