I was a loyal customer of Dominos for a good 15 years - I bought a Pizza from here, to find that it had been cross contaminated with blue/grey kitchen roll, which is a serious health and safety breach. The Food Standards Agency have been contacted as Dominos could not give an eff about their customers. The paper in question contains all sorts of toxins and chemicals which at the time I was not aware of, and the fact that this isn't the only thing to worry about but what was the paper used for in the first place? I am absolutely dismayed at the appalling attitude with the manager and Dominos 'Food Stanards' department. I seldom write reviews but this was just wrong on so many levels.. I wonder if that's why we were sick shortly afterwards. Never again!!!

Decided to treat family to Dominoes for first time in a while. Ordered 2 large pizzas, both were boken, burned and lacked topping. Disappointed.

The stand in manager that worked 13/2/25 evening shift, was rude, unprofessional and a disgrace to the company name. He said our food would be ready in 45mins minimum. I came back to collect my take away and it was cold, he refused to heat it up, and refused to give me his name. I have never experienced anyone who couldn't give a damn about his job, or the customers as this person was. I cannot believe Dominoes would knowingly employ someone like this! I Will never come back to this shop. Which I'm sad about.

In time delivery, order correct a nice chap delivered the goods. No complaint here.

I just wanted to share that the food was really good, and the customer service was excellent. Josh, the delivery driver, was friendly and delivered the food on time and piping hot. He made sure everything was okay, which was a nice change from the usual "here's your food, bye now" attitude. I will definitely be ordering from them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Trevor was very polite . And fast delivery
The pizza had far to much tomato sauce base its not normally like it it’s only now and then it depends on who’s making the pizza on the night tonight it’s some one that doesn’t take any pride in there work just slap as much sauce on it so the customer don’t in joy it . there in a shop in Cawplane going to give them a try next time
