The restaurant has gone down hill, when we arrived there was one other table in use, over £6.00 for 3/4s of a pint of lager, £5.60 for a bottle of cider and almost £3.00 for a can of coke, orange squash was the same price. We ordered our starters which came out bit by bit, my grandsons chicken nuggets were barely cooked, the the duck pancakes came out piece meal, first the duck, then the pancakes, the the sauces and finally the pancakes, so the duck was cold before we had the opportunity to eat, the Mongolian lamb was very crispy and nothing else with it. The smoked chicken was very crispy to say the least.
Mains were ordered, which again came out bit by bit, we ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken and got one small plate, the other two main courses were more filler than chicken. This was our last visit to the Jade Garden, which is a shame as we have been using the restaurant ever since the owners took over. The service was poor but not the fault of the server as she spent most her time running take away orders from the machine to the kitchen and then picking up the orders for the pick ups. VERY SAD DAY AS THE RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT WHEN IT FIRST OPENED BUT NOW

Been eating from here for over a year every weekend and we've not had one bad meal. Always fresh and very tasty food. Very friendly staff, very clean and tidy. By far the best take away we've eaten from and there's been many we've tried previously. Will always stick to eating from here! 🙂

Had a takeaway here last night ordered from here a few times ! My wife started eating the last chicken satay skewer only to be horrified as she bit into it to find it was raw in the middle ! They quickly collected the raw meat to probably stop a environmental health complaint no way will we or our extended family be ordering from here again !

So disappointed. I appreciate the circumstances of lockdown and I hate to give a bad review but I did email the restaurant 3 days ago with my polite feedback about our disappointing meal directly to them with no reply. So here is my review.

We booked our takeaway for delivery Saturday at 6.27pm Estimated delivery time 130 minutes approx. So around 8.45. It turned up at 10pm by which time we were ravenous.
Chips tasted stale and like they'd been re-heated. Crispy shredded beef was almost cold. Portion sizes had shrunk noticeably.
Such a shame.
And no reply to my email complaint.

I had recently moved back to the local area and was looking for a good Chinese take away that delivered. Came across the jade garden and thought I would give it shot, I have never never had an issue with food or ordering. They have a really good selection of food and it has always arrived quickly and it's pipping hot, would highly recommend.
