Our waiter Josh C and waitress Emily C were an absolute delight, they were very friendly, courteous and helpful, they addressed food allergies and preferences ensuring a wonderful trip to the restaurant, they quickly got us to a seat and reminded me about putting my vrn into the computer for parking. The food was fresh, tasty and cooked well. The table was clean, and comfortable. The manager came out to support them while they dealt with difficult customers to our side which was lovely to see staff supported by management. The price was reasonable too. Always a delight and happy to return.

Been here often as usually enjoy it but bit disappointing this time. Staff tried to seat 7 of us at a table with 5 chairs until I complained, and yet I had pre booked a week ago. Took us 20 minutes to get any menus, there wasn't enough cutlery so we had to find our own and the salad bar needed restocking as lots of empty spaces.
The rotisserie chicken was really good, would recommend it, though same cannot be said for the apple pie

My dining experience at rowlands castle was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. Especially Lucy, she was truly amazing and had a lot of time for her customers. She was really helpful with us and always had a smile on her face. She definitely deserves the credit for making that place shine. I can't wait to come back if she is going to serve us again. Employee of the month ❤️❤️

Emily C was our server and she was so lovely! Gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to eat, told us to wave her down when we had decided. She was so friendly couldn’t have asked for a nicer waitress tonight! Food was good too!

Was looking forward to the reopening, so came for an early dinner with my mum and little boy and was not disappointed! The food was delicious and our waitress Emily C was amazing, so friendly and even gave excellent recommendations for pudding! Looking forward to popping back again soon!

We love going here for breakfast. Our server, Jules, is brilliant. So friendly and always smiling. Service is quick and the food is delicious. We always like it when Jules is working, she's so welcoming.
The renovation has really freshened the place up too.
Highly recommend it.

It is a shame I have to leave this review. Me and my partner come here regularly by ourselves and have never had a problem with the staff or the experience.

Today, we came along around 2pm with our 3 kids, as kids eat for a pound. On arrival, we were told we had to go find our own seat in the bar area which was extremely warm, as they had bookings. However after collecting my refill drink and seeing how many tables were empty was disgusting. It was so quiet and had air con in that area.

It felt as though the staff treated us so different because we had 3 young kids and forced us in the bar area rather than the restaurant area to be waited on and when I ordered at the bar, the way the staff spoke to me was blunt and rude and quite frankly completely different to when me and my partner have visited by ourselves for evenings.

Our server Kathy was lovely. Really welcoming and friendly. Not many vegan options but they took the dairy allergy very seriously, as they should and made sure my friend felt comfortable with what she was getting. They have a programme that makes the menu only things you can have with the allergy which was nice. Big portion sizes.
