I have never seen worse service than here. I been there for dinner and asked twice for table to clean the just clean the table with tissue still table was to dirty. As I have already paid for my food I have to take my food and taste was not even near to Indian street food. I would not recommend this for the person who is looking for proper Indian food.

Excellent Quality. Outstanding Customer service and had an amazing experience of drinking Coconut water and ice cream were elite 🔥😋. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to Coconut water/ Ice cream fans. This is the best Coconut water I have tried in Leicester as me and my family have come from London. The best experience I will remember and enjoy. ☺️

Used to be amazing but their prices have gone up and their food has gone down! You would expect to receive what you paid for but here? No chance! Not to mention the lady lied about not having a card machine but was actually hiding it behind one of the menus and once we had told her we had no cash whatsoever, she told me to go to a cash point and once we said we would just leave it, she then let us pay by card. Their portions are horrendous. The sugar canes they use were left on the dirty floor. Took absolutely forever to serve us and there was no one waiting besides us. Ice cream was barely ok. Please do not come here and go to the mr whippy van instead.

This place was good with the old owners years ago who first started this business & I think that's the only reasons it's going okay now not for long with this ladies service ridiculous we used to go everyweek with old owners. She will lie the card terminal is not working, ask for cash, or try charge you extra for silly petty things if you do eventually use card like filter the seeds out of a passion juice and then give you half a cup of juice. I am writing the review after giving a few chances as we used to enjoy it but the service is ridiculous and they are so cheap with their behaviour. Ain't the same, and this lady really needs to sort out her customer service.

No card payments cash only. Such a popular place and don't take card payment it's very strange probably trying to avoid paying tax. Even ice cream vans and car boots take card payments these days.The card terminal is hidden behind the counter but they still want cash. Thieves just robbing hard working people and avoiding taxes. Never visit this kind of shop again.

Used to visit this place frequently at least twice a week for the ice cream rolls and ice dish gola. Unfortunately after my visit today the new management who's on the shop front is very rude and abrupt with zero customer service skills, card machine not working and the once excellent service and food seems to have disappeared. Ice dish gola now only comes in one flavour as seen in picture. A real big shame as previous management cared about quality in the food and customer service provided.

Sugar cane juice was amazing- they made juice in front of us. Coconut juice was amazing and we could buy whole sugar cane too. Paninpuri and dabeli were good but the draw back is we had to eat outside to start with as we had dog with us ( tiny dog) so was not good experience as it was cold for us. Then we ordered for take out and the lady was kind enough to let us in with dog as it was freezing and the shop was empty- which was good. We took vadapav and paneer chips as take out and I specifically asked to make it mild and when we got home it was extremely spicy that we forced it down but was not pleasant experience due to spice. But would try again and hoping it will meet the reviews given by family.
