Lovely table service. Didn't have to wait longvto be seated. Food was most enjoyable but the jacket potato could have been cooked slightly longer. That might be just my taste though. Would have liked butter with it as well but again may just be my taste. Didn't have to wait long for food and drink and both were nice and hot.

Haven’t been to Palmers for years, it’s so beautiful with all Halloween and Christmas decorations, so many so pretty items, definitely something for everyone.

The main reason for this trip was to get some winter plants for garden, it’s actually a lot bigger in the garden / plants area, we fully enjoyed looking and picking all the plants, they are beautiful. We asked a staff about winter plants and the staff was so lovely and helped us to pick some lovely plants, sorry we didn’t get her name.

We will definitely come back before Christmas, it’s highly recommended.

This garden centre has always had a reputation for being expensive💰, but you like to think with the price ticket comes some degree of quality, don’t get me wrong it’s a lovely place to spend a few hours and a few pounds however when you spend over £100 💷 on one pot 🪴 For your garden 🌷 after just over a year you don’t expect that the outer coating to start popping off over a mild winter 🥶
So I sent them a message via their website to explain the situation and as of yet I have not received an email back. Maybe they are too busy for their customers. Enquiring minds want to know..😟

There have been some changes since our last visit, particularly the cafe. You now have to queue to be seated, menus are brought to the table and it's all waitress service. Nice selection of food and drinks to choose from, quite reasonable prices.
Beautiful gift section, plenty of choices. Lovely Christmas shop

Came here for the first time to see all the Christmas decorations & had an amazing breakfast in the Café too. Great service and had great vegetarian/vegan options too. Parking was easy and so glad it’s free too. Definitely recommend getting here early as it does get quite busy. Will be returning in the future, thank you! 🤩

There are a couple of these garden centres near me. Access to this one is a bit of a faff and the set-up of the car park could be better, but I guess they've done their best.

Generally, goods are of good quality (plants, furniture, gifts, etc.),but are typically overpriced imo. Fortunately, I don't mind paying for quality. Don't even bother with the café at peak times unless you're prepared to wait.

Went there over the weekend and took the kids. The food in the cafe was decent and the garden centre itself was nice. I would definitely return here in the future.
