Recently refurbished rooms (and bathrooms) are a welcome touch. Parking space could provide multiple charging points for EVs; the only one available I did not manage to connect to despite being from a network I have an account with.

Nice space and good sized, well appointed meeting rooms. The bedrooms attached to the conferencing space are good too and it's great to have everything on one site.

The hotel overall was nice, it had decent sized rooms with a nice modern bathroom. Low rating due to service. Housekeeping knocking and entering my room an hour before check out, being questioned several times during breakfast if “ I was actually staying at the hotel” due to my clothing and not a single smile at ANY time at the reception. I never normally care about this sort of stuff but this stay just felt so uncomfortable, I was quite excited to be checking out.

Visited 09/09/2022 & stayed overnight, then checked out 10/09/2022. Parking to rear of facility, get through by the automated car park barrier.

Register at reception with name, number & car reg (told wouldn’t need exit token for car park as barrier would be up). Then initial issue with room card not activated meant a quick trip back to reception and got it sorted.

The room had the following:

- was well cleaned
- had trouser press
- iron & ironing board
- small tv with free view channels (most digital ones didn’t work, said no signal)
- mini desk fan
- kettle & selection of tea/coffee & couple of biscuits
- hairdryer
- plenty of towels
- toiletries (body wash, shampoo and hand wash)
- visitor WiFi (upto 10mb downstream at time of stay)

I would say the evening dinner buffet options were average but desserts were good

The breakfast options were great, lots of hot and cold options, although the toast machine was set too low temp (took 4 passes before got a semblance of toast) staff advised if set higher toast gets burnt 🤷🏽‍♂️ if you like tart tasting fruit smoothies then go for it, I stuck with the cranberry juice

Checkout was smooth, staff were attentive and polite, would recommend a stay at the Scarman if visiting Warwick conferences

Huge hotel, welcoming staff & lovely bedrooms. Big lounge area with a bar & complementary hot drinks to relax in. Breakfast was great. Beautiful surroundings and easy parking.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Wonderful staff, beautiful comfy rooms, amazing chefs and dinner staff. This has got to be the best conference accomodation I have stayed in. The staff go beyond to make your experience go smooth and memorable. The food was amazing and the chefs and dinner staff go out of their way to suit your dietary needs. Can't wait to come back in the future. Had a fabulous 5 days here. Thank you everyone for all your effort, hard work and general care.
