Welcome was friendly, beds were clean and comfortable, but it wasn’t until my family members arrived — on a Bank Holiday weekend (!) that they were told there would be no breakfast! They had a small baby and grandmother in her seventies and no car (we were providing transport). We had other obligations that morning (a trip to the airport) that couldn’t be shifted, so our family was left to check out without breakfast. ||Not acceptable. How hard can it be to provide some toast or cereal? We live in the area and have suggested this place to visitors quite a few times. We will definitely NEVER recommend anyone stay here again. ||We’re appalled and humiliated that our family was treated this way on our recommendation.

We stayed with Christine and Allen for three days, and enjoyed the room, the location, and the warm and welcoming hospitality of the hosts. During our stay, we were provided a full english breakfast with great variety and choices, and the food was incredible. We stayed here for vacation, and New Farm House was a great base location to hop on the Rail and get into London for some exploration. Christine and Allen also offered some great tips and made recommendations to enhance our itinerary. Definitely recommend.

Lovely warm welcome with tea making facilities and fresh milk. Beautiful room, very homely, everything we could want. Alan and Christine were so helpful, instructions for keys were clear and easy. Breakfast was a proper "farm" English breakfast, as much coffee as you wanted, toast and home made marmalade, a real home from home for us. The bedroom overlooked the garden and was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and efficient. Christine and Allan were delightful hosts - no question too much. The room was light and clean with comfy beds and soft towels with view across the garden and surrounding fields. Breakfast was excellent - your personal choices catered to. It was a great location for visiting the lovely NT properties and gardens which are all within about a 10 mile radius. And good value for money. Would definitely go again if visiting this area.

Having stayed at this fabulous farmhouse Bed & Breakfast location on several occasions you will get a very friendly welcome from hosts Allan and Christine. It is in a beautiful part of Sussex conveniently located close to the A272 and M23 making it an excellent base to explore the South Coast.||The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast will set you up for the day, with an excellent choice on offer from a simple boiled egg to Full English with additional toast, grapefruit and cereal to start. Having travelled the country for many years regularly using B&B’s, believe me this one should not be missed and is well worth a visit."

In September last year we stayed overnight at the New Farm House B & B. Our hosts were Christine and Alan, who were a lovely couple. Our ensuite room was comfortable and my husband and I slept well. Our stay included a cooked breakfast, which was great!

My wife and I spent a lovely night at this B&B. Christine, the owner was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The double room was a good size with a clean and well presented en suite bathroom. We had hot chocolate, tea and coffee in the room with a fantastic view across the sheep filled fields. We had a lovely huge fried breakfast in the morning although there were plenty of healthier alternatives on offer.||Well recommended by us.

I stayed with Allan and Christine Haddrell for a week on a Buissness trip. I would give this stay 10 out of 10 lovely couple couldn't do enough for me. The breakfast was delicious, comfortable clean bed, loads of fluffy towels. Beautiful setting will definitely use again. Enjoyed my stay it's nice to find a little Gem. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
