Stopped here for 1 night only as had an early morning flight. Good shower, cosy bed, not too hot in room..Very quick check in by great staff. Good sleep. No dramas staying here, you can't complain being at the airport. Will use again 100%. Thankyou.

Stayed here for one night with my partner as we were at a concert. Cannot complain about the room, very clean etc, but the service was diabolical. One person at the bar at all times. Overpriced is an understatement.
Waited 45 minutes for our first pizza, my partners pizza came an hour later! Also asked for the meal deal that came with sides but said they could not accommodate that with no explanation. Staff are slow and don’t have a clue.

Great stay. Room fresh modern and clean, service good, food good, breakfast great value. Only slight issue was TV only received 1 channel. Will deffo use again.👌🏁

It was a great location and the hotel staff was great. The room was comfortable. The only thing is there is no shuttle to and from the airport. I was told to book a taxi free of charge, but the next morning had to pay for the taxi. The food was a bit overpriced as well. So if you’re looking for a hotel with easy access to the airport, don’t pick this one.

Stayed here before. Decent hotel and clean. But Do Not Book if you want to make sure you keep your reservation. ||4 days before our next stay - they decide to take a corporate booking and just ship everyone else off to a scruffy, dirty Travelodge ages away from the airport without any regard at all. ||They don’t even speak to you, they just move you and then say, if you don’t like it, get a refund. The hotels 4 days before check in have shot up in price and it’s just tough. You can’t even speak to someone. The hotel pass you to customer services - they pass you to an email system. Not to mention the parking you have to pay before hand with NCP. Total crap show. They shouldn’t be able to do this to people at the drop of a hat.

New day and new year. Very pleased with staff at the hotel specially Nisarg who asked for review who was very pleasant and a helpful supervisor of the hotel. ||The only thing is most of the time reception is unstaffed like literally no person on it. There was a tall skinny guy black, who use to disappear from the reception every time i have came down to ask for something and he use to end up coming out of kitchen or office. ||Rest food is best and drinks as well.

The room was new and clean but very basic with no hand towel and a shower that you could barely fit into. The bed was comfortable but you would not be getting much sleep due to the severe road noise that was constantly there even with the window closed 😑 what did make this hotel even more terrible was the food this was basic and still cooked badly 😢 oven chips that were burnt at the ends and still frozen in the middle, then the chicken burger that was actually just 2 frozen chicken nuggets and then they charged you £15 for this and made you wait 2 hours for it, main problem was you had 1 lady working the bar and taking food orders and the 4 staff just messing about in and out of the kitchen and resembled a kids play area

Using the discount for parking means you can't use the shuttle bus... ended up being more expensive because I had to take a taxi. This needs to be made more clear. What's the point if a discount that leaves you worse off. Also you can hear the planes and road traffic so not ideal for light sleepers.
