You usually know what to expect at a Premier Inn. Cleanliness is a given - but sadly not at this hotel. The far side of the room hadn't been cleaned properly for months and there was rubbish under the chair from previous guests. There was no housekeeping over Christmas (was aware of this in advance). I booked it with a 'free breakfast' promotion from Premier Inn back in November and the hotel wasn't aware and didn't honour it. The room, if clean, would be adequate - but is tired with plug sockets not working by the desk and the toilet not flushing properly. I won't use this hotel again. I did raise the issues with reception but they are not allowed to accompany a guest to a room to check and had no authority to do anything except suggest I write to Premier Inn central complaints. Not heard back from them.

Really good hotel, well placed for what we need, and, for a good variety of eating options as well as an excellent pub next door. ||The staff at this Premier Inn are all absolutely awesome, especially Sarah, Jack, Rachel and Kate on Reception, they make you feel valued and are so friendly and helpful too going above and beyond. The Housekeeping team are fabulous too, the rooms are always really clean.

Room was very clean. Staff at front of house were all approachable, welcoming and friendly. Checking in was smooth and the bed was extremely comfortable, not like what you get in travelodge where you feel every spring in the mattress. Thank you very much to all the staff who helped make this week working away more comfortable. Take a bow, and I hope premier inn recognise the staff and reward them. Good staff are hard to come by, look after them, their keepers.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant food good with nice caring staff members.||Room not very clean, some areas like corners, skirting board, edge of carpets etc appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom in need of refurb and a thorough clean, hairs and mould way too obvious.

The most horrendous stay I have had in a hotel in a very long time. The restaurant attached has barely any food, which we weren’t told when we booked despite there being supply chain issues for months. Then, we were kept awake all night by continuous banging from two Asian lads who, went it was addressed by the Night Manager, accused her of Islamophobia. The banging went on all night. All night. Shouting, swearing, banging and pacing. The two men in the room had been seen earlier and were seen and smelt doing illicit drugs. We paid for breakfast and then when we got into the restaurant in the morning we were told there was no record of it being booked, so then after a night being awake we had to wait to eat. All credit to the Night Manager who was wonderful, but this has been a horrendous stay, particularly on a Christmas Eve. The hotel seriously needs to address its policies regarding the hotel being used for drugs at the expense of other guests.

It was a comfortable room and I liked the bed. The hotel was easy to find, park at and check in and out of. The staff were nice and helpful, and the food was good at both dinner and breakfast. The price was a little higher than I was expecting but still affordable.

Went you walk into premier inn colmworth park, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever to much. We checked in room 4. Lovely room. Clean and fresh. My only problem was the sheets were stained. Went back to reception and RICKY from housekeeping said he would change it. So he came and changed it straight away. Rachel was on duty that night | She is polite and helpful. Jack this morning was amazing. So helpful, friendly. This premier inn is the BEST. Well done. You have the RIGHT TEAM HERE. Keep up all the high standards. If you need pointers on how premier inn is supposed to be run. Come here.

Room great as normal. Breakfast very poor due to kitchen problems. Shame really as we have been going to Premier inns for at least 25 years and this is the first time we have had to make a negative comment. I am sure they will be improving things in the future.
