We stayed at the Springfields Hotel for 3 nights. It is well situated for shops and restaurants in Horsham, and there is a pub next door as well. Jenny, the owner met us as we arrived and was very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious with a good ensuite. The breakfast was also excellent and cooked to order by Jenny's friendly team. The car park has a tight access, and requires you to be a little careful. We usually stay with family when we are visiting, but if we need a hotel again, we will definitely call and book direct with Jenny.

Brilliant little hotel. Set within 5 minutes walk of Horsham centre. The room was a nice size and spotlessly clean. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and was also very nice. We parked easily but the car park isn’t huge. Could not find fault with this place.

This was quite superb. Room was spacious, clean and airy. Bathroom had everything required. Breakfast was decent and well cooked. Parking was free and on site and it is within 90 seconds of the town centre. A really faultless hotel. Double room for 1 night came to £120.

Second stay at this hotel with my daughter . Team could not have been more helpful and after a difficult day the hotel felt like a sanctuary ,we were able to get a good rest.||Room on both occasions very comfortable and even when realising I had booked wrong dates the second time, on arrival they were able to accommodate us! ||As female travellers, we both felt very safe. Its convenient for the town and easy to find.

Excellent customer service. Received a telephone call from the manager to arrange my out of hours arrival. I was made to feel very welcome. Spacious and spotless room with a very comfortable super king bed. Everything I could possibly need was provided; storage, iron, ironing board, plenty of coat hangers, toiletries, and mini fridge.
Delicious breakfast made from good quality ingredients. I visited on business but will certainly be returning for pleasure. Highly recommended. Thank you, Lyn and team!

Nice little accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the adorable town centre and the Horsham train station. A little expensive for what you get, but proximity to the train station and town centre were important to me. It’s an older building, nothing fancy, no frills, but very clean and tidy. Room was well appointed with everything you’d need. The bed was too hard for my liking, a mattress topper would have been more comfortable, but that’s a personal preference. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was excellent! Fresh & made to order. Loved the town itself!

Lyn and her team were very welcoming on our arrival. We were staying due to having a family wedding near by. The hotal was extremely clean & tidy. Lovely room and the breakfast was delicious,very impressed that it was not a problem to provide a gluten free breakfast for my husband 😊definitely stay here again.
