Nice Premier Inn. Staff really really helpful. Had a small request which Becky, who was sitting in on the front desk, managed to sort out for me within minutes.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and the chef was super nice to talk to.
Housekeeping were super friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Great value for money, with the best staff! The breakfast has certainly improved since the Beefeater days, freshly cooked and of good quality, even if a little short on some items towards the end of service (fruit juice and pastries). The rooms are very well kept, tidy and cleaned to a high standard. ALL staff were professional and friendly, not an easy thing to achieve and a credit to the management. After such a pleasant stay I hate to drop a star but on arrival in the dark I twisted my ankle on the broken grate in the photo while unloading the car, a quick fix so looking forward to a five star visit next time.

I was there Sunday night to Monday morning. Nice warm room. Staff were great, especially the breakfast waitress, a lovely smile, and very friendly, and the
breakfast wasn't bad either. lol definitely a great start to a wet Monday morning.

So. Teamwork at its best following a warm welcome on arrival we went to our immaculate room and chilled. Quiet, warm and well laid out with plenty of hanging and storage space.|| When we decided to go to the restaurant we were informed that due to unforeseen sickness, the chef wasn’t in. No worries though as the remaining staff rallied around to deliver a limited menu, man reception, staff the bar and general keep the ship well afloat. Well done to the team!||Thanks for a comfortable stay. |||Oh and breakfast the next morning was a delight. 4 croissants were demolished and a full English!!!

Really impressed with my stay at the premier in Burgess Hill. The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Manager Lee was very efficient, gave us the best service for dinner in the restaurant. Hope to return again soon!

I needed a pit stop ready for a major house move - after driving for 5 hours it was a much needed rest before the move. I arrived late and the check in was quick and efficient. Very friendly. I had a swift nightcap in the bar and the lovely ladies looked after me with a fantastic Gin and Tonic with Frozen Raspberries. The linen, towels and room were all clean and whilst functional this Premier Inn was just what I needed ready for the removals team at my new house next day.

Standard rooms are in need for some TLC, Premier plus rooms can give a 4 star hotels a run for their money. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful.
The location is great if you have time be in the Burgess Hill area. Great spot for CAE students coming for training.
