Absolutely appalled by this so called hotel. Definitely not suitable for 2 female pensioners. Couldn't possibly stay there. Wasn't safe. I was emailed to say getting fully refunded. Still waiting for money. Do not book to stay there. Spoke to area manager angelo cutrera who promised to look into it.|Have since sent 2 messages. Left 2 voice mail messages and sent 2 e.mails and just been ignored. Very unprofessional

It was wonderful experience with the staff especially with Miss Archie.. she is so lovely, helpful and has a beautiful smile!! She is the best at making people feel at home!! She has a motherly character that transcends any form of downcast! Having someone like Miss Archie during your lowest period is really wonderful as she will make you step out of any miry clay that has held you down. Mostly, she makes you feel wanted and that sure will motivate anyone

Honestly I hate it when I have to come back home to superior hotel the Internet in the hallway of 313-321 is terrible and that needs to be fixed but thankfully the beds are comfortably enough but most things in the rooms are falling apart like it's very cheap material that als9 needs a resolution

I do not advise anyone to visit this hotel. There is no internet, no ventilation in the rooms, and the chairs in the reception are few and very dirty.

Myself and colleague stayed at the Superior hotel for work purposes. ||On arrival, we had barely put our bags down and was asked to pay £5 for parking. ||||We checked in and went to our rooms. The smell in the corridors was a mixture of cannabis / cigarettes and sewers. On entering our rooms it was completely under-whelming. There was one plug socket on the wall near the kettle and that was it, therefore we couldn't charge our laptop / devices unless we were sat next to the sideboard. We then found pubic hair in the bed and stains on the carpets. The shower curtain was meant to be white but was covered in grime and dirt. Really off putting for anyone wanting to take a shower. ||||The room was a double but had two single mattresses pushed together. This resulted in being uncomfortable all night when moving near the middle of the bed. Some lights also did not work. I received a phone call from my colleague that had got stuck down the middle of the bed during the night and I had to help her out. ||||||We went to the front desk and asked for an extension lead for the plug situation. However the hotel receptionist stated he could not find one. ||||Our understanding on booking a room for business is that the hotel would maybe locate us in a quiet part of the hotel. Well.. We were put next door to a room which was full of young people, drinking, blasting music / TV, smoking both cigarettes and cannabis (which definitely all took place in thier rooms despite the non smoking signs). They had thier windows wide open and hanging out of them all evening/night and we could hear everything! And I mean everything! This went on until the early hours, meaning no sleep!! ||||We asked the receptionist for a late check-out, however received a call at 11am saying we needed to leave. I explained that we had requested a later check-out and the response I got was well its another £10per hour. ||I mean.. at this point I wasn't willing to part with more money to stay in a place which allowed drugs and partying all night and showed no form of courtesy to any other guests. ||||Its honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. And for nearly £70 a night. It's absolutely disgraceful.

Awful experience checked in alright but when i got to the room there was crisp crushed all over the stained carpet with burns & on the bed too, once i told the person at the desk they took the hoover to clean up,there was mould spreading on the ceiling & dust gathered on the corner shelf, the hanger had some dirty gunge,one wall socket free behind the fridge, the microwave was well away from the socket even if i had put the microwave on the floor next to the fridge the microwave plug would not have reached,the t.v remote did not work when i told the person at the desk i was told to change the batteries myself,when i mentioned about the one socket i was told sarcastically to get a extension, the toilets flush handle was on the last legs & you had to wait 30 minutes for the toilet tank to fill for the next flush, i was told someone will come the following morning to check but no one did,the warm water from the bathroom sink there was hardly any water coming out less pressure,no toilet tissue & no hand wash,children slapping each other with sandals getting loud & sitting on stairs till midnight on there gadget’s, a child crying really loudly in the early hours,the smell of curry on the stairs was sickening,asked for wifi password could not join no sign of which wifi to join. It was a horrible experience,when i came to hand in the keys & say i why i was leaving i got told to leave the complaint online so here i am,i left because of the room being dusty & bed covers were itchy my child has eczema,the eczema flared up & my child got wheezy my child has allergies to dust mites.

WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I never write reviews, I never really complain but believe me, You really do not want to go here!!!

First of all the lights in my room fell of the walls, there was no warm, water in my shower. The room was allright for the rest.

But listen to this, When i was away for the evening, the staff memmbers gave a key to my room to other guests, when i arrived back they were in my bed!! I went to the lobby to ask what just happened and they just gave me my bag and another room, like they didnt mess up?!

Went to my new room to find that all my stuff had been stolen, my Nintendo switch and DS and other valuables. When I went back to the receptionist, they gave the other couple a new room and wouldn't tell me where they were located, so i could not retrieve my stuff. Imagine that!! The security guard was absolutly no help and the staff member not once tried to help, she just said, call the police. Like WHAT?

Imagine that, imagine going out for the night and they just hand others the key to YOUR room and all YOUR stuff, and then won't help you or compensate you. Because YES, the staff nor the manager answered any of my questions or anything. They just left me their, when i had to return home, nothing was compensated. Imagine that!

The new room I got by the way, again had problems. Showerhead fell off. Toilet wouldnt flush.

This is not just someone who complains like i said, I just hope everyone will read this and go for a better hotel. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone.
