Love this place. Rooms are clean and modern. Got netflix on the TV. Continental breakfast enough to keep you going. Heated bathroom floors, genius! Already booked again for cousins wedding. Food in pub, delicious, but music was too loud, couldn't talk!

Had my work Christmas party here, The food, atmosphere and venue was all just amazing. The service was excellent from all the staff especially Georgia. She went above and beyond to ensure we were all taken care of and had the right meals which we ordered. It was such a fun night. I will definitely be back!

Recently went to this restaurant with a large group for our annual Christmas meal. The food and service were excellent considering they were catering for such a large group my compliments to the chef. The entertainment was good and created a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely book for next year and I will probably book for one of my other groups too. Well done Watersedge.

Hello just wanted to leave a review about this wonderful lovely pub! I had my wedding here recently and Christine and every single one of the staff were absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure your whole experience goes perfectly, the whole day and evening went so well and the food was also absolutely amazing for the day guests as well as my evening guests! Everyone of my family and friends enjoyed it immensely!! Definitely recommend for anyone who is getting married or just want a few days away for a break.

What a wonderful restaurant & bar. It’s set in a wonderful location by the canal surrounded by the accommodation.
The quality of food & service is top class & all the staff were extremely professional & courteous.
The atmosphere was brilliant when I visited & would definitely recommend booking here for a Christmas or works function.
I stayed in one of the well appointed cabin rooms.
They had left a welcome pack of breakfast cereal & croissants. The mini bar had milk & water.
It also had tea & coffee making facilities, as well as a large tv. The bathroom had heated flooring & fresh towels. They had an electric shower that was very hot & powerful. Shower & hair gel is also available from a dispenser.
I can’t fault anything… don’t t think twice about booking either a meal, accommodation or both.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect to stay before an early flight from Heathrow, being only 15 minutes from terminal 2 long stay. The room soon warmed up when the heating was on and the shower room had underfloor heating to keep it warm. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There are tea and coffee making facilities, packets of cereal, croissants and fresh milk in the fridge. Ideal for a quick breakfast in the room.

absolutely shocking service booked a dome for Valentine’s Day to be told that there was a power cut, then the power was on but the lights don’t work in the dome at all and there’s no music as the speakers don’t work!
freezing cold as only one small heater, ended up in the restaurant, then food was cold

we went to a dome experience last year at another location for valentine’s day and wish we had gone back there.
Absolute shocking service by the staff! miserable bar staff, grumpy unfriendly and very unhappy waiters,
swearing behind the bar and unprofessional.

the staff didn’t even check on us to see if our food was okay which it wasn’t!
ended up getting no pudding and just returning home as we were so fed up and disappointed. Needs huge improvement!

Also there was another poor couple who had booked a dome who walked in just after us who also had this poor experience. looking at the reviews now i see this isn’t the first time the powers gone off as it also happened at xmas, which the staff also told us to, clearly this place has a lot of problems that need addressing! and maybe a good electrician!!!

Service =5** cleanliness and hygiene =5* as situated along side the grand union canal , fairy lights surrounding , glass dome bubble ,to sit as couples or small party of friends or family , all lit up with candles or fairy lights , BIG DRAW BACK
managements terminology leads a lot to be desired , states on website that BREAKFAST BUT WELL END IS SERVED TILL 11AM , NOT ONE MENTION OF NO COOKED BREAKFAST THRO THE WEEKDAYS .so we were very disappointed with the box of cornflakes, yogurts . Croissants with nothing ,no butter or jam to be seen just a dry croissants , we were expecting prior to our buys day ahead ,a lush cooked breakfasts buffet to be eaten ! ! And I'd certainly not insult the folks living on continent and call it continental breakfast ,as they don't a far better job than the tray we received , so staff, Service, atmosphere, food, etc all have 5 * management= 1.5 stars every to an obviously miss leading website page, wise up guys ! States the obvious please ,it does help with one's plans for the day , (we had a sad funeral to attend and really wasn't in the mood to be walking off to high st to find a cafe ? ? So yep Mr manager please states the obvious ,it does certainly help us customers who are not always staying for a holiday to visit the capital ,our virtual was very sad occasion to be had . But certainly and oasis among Londons chaotic life and traffic , a place to return to for sure now gotten all the facts to hand .feel sure many others will find this large piece of info very very useful for sure x
