From the very friendly welcome from Eliane, to a nice clean spacious room, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space to a nice shower with plenty of hot water. The first impression is grreat. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of options and not only a friendly cheerful service but adapting to my diet.|I spent most of Saturday in the conservatory reading as I wasn't up to going out with my wife who went with my sister. There aren't many B&B which allow you to stay in.|I felt very much at home the whole time.

Visiting family nearby, we were very fortunate to find this lovely B & B on line..and with availability. Located in what would normally be a quiet village close to Malvern, on this occasion Cradley was alive with sounds and sights of the local area as the owners of Queenswood had opened up their field to the villagers for the Summer Fete..it was brilliant and great to see the villagers enjoying life. Queenswood is a beautiful home with gravel drive and mature gardens. Our room was spacious with excellent en-suite facilities (walk-in shower), tea and coffee facilities, good wardrobe space and TV. Our host, Pauline, was very welcoming, despite organising the fete and her breakfasts were amazing. High recommended if in the area. We had a lovely walk one evening across the fields to The RedLion pub which we would also recommend.

The accomodation was well equipped, clean, comfortable, airy and welcoming. Pauline and Elaine were excellent hosts. Can't fault our experience. This was a second visit and we intend to return.|There was a substantial breakfast menu. Everything was lovely.

Had a one night stay at the Queenswood. Elaine was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Accommodation was lovely. Spacious twin room with bath & shower & the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Breakfast was varied,plentiful & cooked to perfection. What’s left to say lovely B&B in pretty setting. Would definitely recommend & hopefully will return there next year

We stayed over for our wedding night and the whole experience was perfect. The room was lovely and clean. Elaine was welcoming and lovely in every aspect, she made us feel at home. Breakfast was stunning and catered for my wife's dietary needs with no fuss, great selection of choices and just what we needed after a very busy day and night of celebrating our marriage.||Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary.||It was the perfect end to our perfect day, we could not have asked for more.||Samantha and Liz

Lovely airy room in a beautiful house set in magnificent grounds. The sheets were comfortable and the breakfast delicious. All of this was provided by Pauline in a kind and friendly manner. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Stuart, Pauline and Elaine made our short stay very welcoming. All were very friendly and hospitable. Even Ebony and Poppy the dogs were very engaging. Facilities were excellent, we had the four poster bedroom. Exceptionally clean and we both had a good nights sleep after much walking. Great breakfast. Will definitely book again.
