Rooms way too hot, windows don't open and the only ventilation is an intermittent 60 decibel air pump which makes sleep somewhat difficult. It is possible to switch this off though: undo the catches on the vent panel and the cover falls down on a hinge. Climb on the chair and you'll see the isolation switch in the ceiling... Solves the problem immediately.
Extra beds very uncomfortable and too small.
TV remote didn't work; neither did the replacement.
Depending on your point of view, delightful views of either the dual carriageway or the graveyard.
The attached restaurant is really poor. Permanent queues at the door to be seated, long waits for food. If you like meat, you'll have plenty of choice. Vegetarian or vegan or kosher or halal options limited to non existent.
Saw the manager berating member of staff for something in the middle of the restaurant - a totally undignified way to treat staff.
Breakfast is typical premier inn stuff. Plenty of choice. Soya milk available.
I've stayed in worse places, but not many.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. More drawer space would have been appreciated as we were there for three nights. The welcome was friendly and helpful, which set a good tone for the stay. We chose not to eat there as we were visiting family who live locally and we had meals with them. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had to check in to premier inn due to an emergency with our home down the road. We arrived late at night with no booking, my
Whole family were fed up and tired and Liam couldn’t have done enough for us. He was incredibly helpful, great with the kids ,Friendly and made our situation a little easier. So thank you to Liam you are a great asset to the hotel.

A quiet Premier Inn. Rooms not top notch but comfortable and decent.
Location is out of the way but Redditch is a strange place anyway. Whole town is surrounded by a network of roundabouts and dual carriageway race tracks. Town needs speed cameras desperately.

We stayed here for one night to break a long journey home.|having stayed at a few Premier Inns before we knew what to expect. BUT we were very surprised and pleased by what we found. It was a lot better than expected. |Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Meals at the Beefeater next door were great, in fact it was the best premier Inn breakfast we have ever had!|Will see go back? - Yes

Staff at the front desk are brilliant. Very helpful when the first room we were given (room 2) smelled like something had died inside. Old musty horrible smell.||||Second room (201) was nice and clean but they're looking very dated now, the TV technology is ancient and the windows didn't open. At all. Not even a crack. Normally not an issue but the air con is pathetically bad so the room was uncomfortably warm all the time. And so a poor night's sleep. ||||Not impressed.

Clean and tidy place to stay and reasonably priced. Efficient check in. Beefeater had a good selection of food. Breakfast in the morning was extremely busy but Karen and Mark worked extremely hard to make everyone happy. Recommended and will stay again.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, room was clean apart from vacuuming, and shower was faulty (this is not my usual experience as cleanliness is usually high) . Use premiere in every month when travelling, so loyalty reward scheme would be nice.
