We onboarded Create for our wedding at Kew Gardens, in May of this year. As a trusted supplier of Kew, we knew to expect excellent service and quality food.

From start to finish, Create understood our needs and did everything they could do accommodate within our budget. We worked with Ellie in the final months leading up to our big day and she was an absolute dream. Her communication was excellent, thorough and we felt we were in trusted hands. Ellie was present at the wedding which reassured us that everything was in check.

The food was absolutely stunning, both taste and presentation, and the menus offered enough choice for us to select dishes that we genuinely love and that our guests would love. We massively appreciate what Create delivered for us, we couldn't recommend them enough!

There’s no doubt that Create has some fantastic food but beyond that, the experience of working with them to craft the perfect food and drink experience, and the service on the day, were both levels beyond what we could ever have expected for our wedding at Kew Gardens. From the tasting, to coordinating drinks for the day, Ellie was incredibly communicative and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our guests had the experience that we wanted them to have, from the dinner to the drinks to the late night fish-and-chips just before the final set of dancing. If we could do it all over again, we would absolutely choose to work with Create, as their ability to execute and create (no pun intended) a perfect food experience for a wedding is truly second to none!

When we attended the open day at Chiswick House last year and first had a bite of the incredible food from Create, we knew we would be in good hands there... and we weren't wrong!

Carly was amazing throughout the entire day, bringing Cam and I food in the moments we were able to take a breather and making sure all the food came out on time for our guests.

We thoroughly recommend Create! They provided the catering for our wedding in April 2023.

From the outset we found Hannah Wells, the Wedding Manager allocated to us, to be very helpful and professional. She gave excellent advice when we were making our initial food and drink selections, hosted our food tasting at their office and managed her team at the wedding venue on the day.

Hannah efficiently dealt with any changes that we made along the way and made allowances for all the various dietary requirements of some of our guests.

On our wedding day, we knew that the food was going to be excellent following our tasting day - what really impressed us was the efficiency and professionalism of the service.

Many of our guests mentioned how much they had enjoyed the food, including our photographer who had a supplier meal. The only slightly negative feedback we received was from one of our vegetarian guests who felt that the portion size was smaller than hoped.

After our tasting day our expectations were set very high, but Create managed to exceed them.

I recently worked with Carly and Ellie on a clients wedding, taking place over two days in London. Our first event was at the Tower of London followed by the clients wedding at Chiswick House.They were both absolutely brilliant from start to finish - there is nothing I could fault them for. Carly and Ellie were responsive, always happy to help, and dealt with many changes throughout the planning with ease. On both events we were joined by their colleagues Hannah and David who were also fantastic. I am really hoping we can work together again as the team were great, the food was amazing and the client very impressed and happy with everything.

After an extensive search we decided on Create for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. From the outset they were warm, welcoming, supportive and highly professional and intuitive. They catered to all our needs and when there were hiccups they dealt with them quickly and professionally.

They are more than just wedding caterers, they will take control of the entire wedding day and leave you to just enjoy that oh so special day and all the moments you do not want to miss. We had Rachel and she was beyond words brilliant.

Cannot forget to mention the food; the food was top quality restaurant food, presented immaculately in portion that didn't leave the guests hungry. My only regret is that I was so busy dancing the night away that I missed most of the evening food that people are still raving about.

I would hire them again for any other major event I need catered. Thank you Create.

We booked Create to cater our wedding earlier this month and are so glad that we chose them. Their food is delicious and they know exactly what they're doing. Their service includes far more than what I would have expected from a caterer - they essentially work with the venue staff to manage the wedding on the day itself. Create are not cheap but you really do get what you pay for. We were amazed at the number of staff Create provided for our wedding but it meant that everyone was looked after so well and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Huge thanks to the team and in particular to Limor and Aldis!

Having worked in the Wedding & Hospitality sector for 21 years, this company served the worse supply meal we've ever had. As a photographer, videographer and media company, we work incredibly hard to create memories for our couples, however, this catering company thinks it's acceptable to serve a cheap and soggy chicken goujan, rock hard microwave chips and a small handful of salad which they are charging you a premium price for!!! They are even aware of how bad it is as they were apologizing before serving it and blaming it on, yep, you've guessed it, YOU, the bride and groom.

It's clear, they are just ticking a box but as a company it just shows their disregard towards creatives that will leave feeling hungry and not looked after. It's important to remember, our product will stay with you for the rest of your lives, their food will be forgotten within a week.

Would not recommend (even though they are recommended at this particular venue) however we would suggest you look elsewhere.
