Visited Arthur's on recommendation and was really impressed. Lovely bacon sandwich, coffee excellent, nice atmosphere. Small so you need to be lucky to get a seat. Will definitely return soon

One of my favourite places in Cranbrook and I have been there couple of times to work. Always great coffee, which is essential and home made food.

More importantly it always feels like a 'local' place. Staff chatting to most people who come in. As a non-local though it isn't exclusiory, if anything it just contributes to a relaxed atmosphere.

The sausage rolls were delicious, but the service and the coffee were terrible! The coffee was so hot that I burnt my tongue and when it finally cooled down it was horrible. And the girl who served me... omg, I had to repeat my very simple order 5 times! There were 4 or 5 girls behind the counter and no one seemed to want to be there. I'm sure it's a great place for dogs but Willow and Sage down the road was 1000× better.

Love Arthur’s. Busy coffee shop that is always buzzing with chatter, whether it is full or not. Staff always have a smile and are helpful. Service depends on how busy it is, everything is handmade so you shouldn’t expect instant service. The wait is so very worth it. The cakes are scrummy. A place for breakfast or lunch, coffee, tea and cakes.

First visit and I must admit as soon as entered I could sense it was a cool coffee shop; coffee, service, atmosphere were brilliant. Not surprisingly, it was full on a sunny Friday morning, whereas others nearby were definitely not, speaks volumes indeed😎

Nice coffee shop and cafe. Busy with a happy vibe. Incredible selection of milk shakes. Food looked good although I just had coffee. Rear garden for overflow was welcome as it was pretty packed.

Popped in for breakfast with the kids and it was delightful. The staff were all super friendly and the food was great, but more importantly there was a wide variety on offer because we've got some awkward eaters! For any pretentious coffee aficionados, my flat was very well made however the (locally roasted) beans were a little light for my taste personally. Arthur's is dog friendly too - the photo wall of their canine guests is a lovely touch.
