Chef X Cafe is a small, cozy spot, which means it may not be ideal for larger gatherings, but it’s perfect for solo visits or takeaways. When I visited, I opted for a takeaway and ordered their X Box and it did not disappoint! The meal was fantastic, bursting with flavor and prepared with clear attention to quality. A standout element was the signature golden coleslaw, which was easily one of the best I’ve ever had.

For the level of quality and taste, the pricing is very reasonable. The next time I’m in Coventry, I’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend Chef X Cafe to anyone in the area. A visit is well worth it!

This burger restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is always served hot and fresh, with generous portions. The service is impressively fast without compromising quality. What really sets this place apart, though, is the guy serving us—super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Ordered the X Box meal and it was made within 10 mins and for the first time in a long time I couldnt finish my meal it is very filling. I wish they gave more chicken than donner meat but thats just a preference.

Flavours were amazing, and that coleslaw maybe one of the best I ever had in my life. Can easily recommend to others. Parking maybe an issue as its on a main road but thats the only downside I can think of.

Try this gem of a place out im not surprised it has a very high rating

Most definitely the best chai in Coventry and Birmingham, the donner and chicken was full of flavour and soft, miles better than all other burger spots! The smash burger melted in the mouth and cooked to perfection, and the staff and owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. Will definitely be a regular visitor! Also the mango lassi was 10/10 with the perfect amount of mango flavour and sweetness.

Wow! I cant belive this place has been open for 9 months. Only just tried it and the food is absolutely delicious. 🤤 The lamb chops were nice and spicy and probably the best special donner ive ever had. Alao had their karak chai and its easily the best in Coventry!Will be back with my family

The customer service and atmosphere are top notch, really welcoming and hearty vibes.

I’d recommend the X box if you want to try abit of everything and tbh it can be enough for two people.

Absolutely incredible! The flavors were nothing short of amazing—each bite was a burst of perfection. The portions were generous, yet so delicious that even after feeling full, I couldn’t resist finishing it all. The service was impeccable, and the delivery was impressively quick. This takeaway truly exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone craving an unforgettable dining experience!

This place is honestly the greatest hidden gem i have been too in Coventry, i ordered the mozzarella sticks that came out perfectly the outside was perfectly crispy and the cheese pull inside was banging and not dried out like most other fast food places I've been too, I also got the donner batch and A loaded box.
The donner batch was truthfully the perfect balance of spice and juiciness!! The loaded box was honestly filled to the brim and i am quite the eatter but even i was unable to finish this, i can not recommend this place to everyone enough!! I promise you this is my new favourite eat out spot!
