I’ve been experiencing back pain basically my whole life and I am constantly looking for treatments to help me and I’ve been here a lot to see Nikki, Liz and Katie and they are all so lovely! So knowledgeable and I always leave feel so relaxed and they always listen to my issues and help me in the best possible way!

I would highly recommend TLC. Nicky is incredible! I’ve been seeing her how for a number of months and I’ve been so impressed by the difference she makes to my back pain, mobility and flexibility. Nicky is not just skilled, she is exceptionally kind, Non-judgemental and she makes you feel safe while with her. Would highly recommend Nicky if you need a deep tissue massage and will certainly be continuing with her now that I’ve found her!

A little gem in a very accessible part of Coulsdon. I had a sports massage with Liz and was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed the minute I walked in.
She was able to quickly identify which areas and muscles needed the most attention and I’ve felt so relaxed and less tense since leaving. Looking forward to my next one and so forth.

I have been visiting Will for sports massage treatment for the past few months and he is incredible at releasing tension in my back and quads - I could literally cry with relief at the end of the session such is the release of tension! Will is also highly knowledgeable with his PT experience and personal experience of back pain. He always provides follow up exercises but with realistic expectations around what's achievable for people with busy lives. Highly recommend.

I’ve been visiting the team at Therapy and Life since it opened and cannot fault the service I receive. I’m always made to feel welcome and the therapists always listen to my needs in a highly professional way. The centre is clean and tidy and I would recommend to anyone needing a sports massage or similar. I visit once a month to relieve muscle ache and always look forward to my next appointment.

Visiting the therapy and life centre is always a calming and comfortable experience and has done me the world of good . I suffer with very tight shoulders and aches and pains from poor posture , which the therapists have always improved , eased and helped me with. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Highly recommend!

I regularly see Sharon for sports massages and she does an amazing job at releasing the tension from my back, neck, shoulders and hips. She’s friendly and professional and always knows exactly which muscles to target. As someone who works at a desk I find these massages to be a real lifesaver!
