What an amazing stay. Marion the hostess had lit the log burner for us, she also relit it in the morning for us. |The Accomodation was great, comfortable bed, relaxing lounge, great full English breakfast. |Relaxing countryside- we stayed here before a flight at Gatwick it was ideal - we felt as if we had started our holiday early. It is a little way out so we bought a ready meal and heated in microwave- a perfect start to our holiday we couldn’t have asked for more from the accommodation or hosts

Beautiful location in the heart ♥ of the country... 👏👏👏 ...wonderfully peaceful and quiet, and a superbly manicured lawned garden 🌳🌿☘️🍀🌲immediately outside our lounge french windows... gorgeous, the best we've ever seen in a B&B..
Our room had plenty of space with a double 5ft bed 🛏 and comfy sofa too... the en-suite had a terrific proper walk in shower 🚿 which was also a real joy to operate (dead easy controls) and standing under it with plenty of power too. 👍
Marion is a friendly host who provides you with an excellent full English breakfast and proper filter coffee ☕ with slices of proper toast too, all served at the dinning table in the lounge so that you feel completely satisfied and ready for the day ahead 👌

You won't be disappointed.

Great experience staying at the B&B this weekend. The bedroom was very comfortable and breakfast delicious! Such a quiet and beautiful spot near to Bedgebury Park. Marion was a very helpful and welcoming host and we'd definitely return. Highly recommend. 🙂

I actually stayed at the neighbouring Three Chimneys Farm B and B run by Marion's kind daughter in law Jane, but breakfasted in style at Marion's with friends staying here and stabled my horse in her stables.||||Both properties are in the most enviable position amidst beautiful oast houses with extensive and outstanding views. The properties themselves are stunning, very attractively finished and furnished and spotlessly clean. The gardens are fantastic.||||Marion and Jane make exceptional hostesses, giving excellent recommendations for places to eat. We greatly enjoyed lunch at The Star and Eagle, and The Goudhurst Inn, and an evening meal at The Milk House in Sissinghurst. One evening we picnicked on the lawn and enjoyed the delights of food from the deli at Flimwell, which was well worth a visit just to get provisions and wander round a very nice furniture and home store.||||And now for the horsy bit. Marion's equine facilities had it all; room for parking our vehicles, large, airy American barn stables, with plenty of room for all our gear. Access to Bedgebury Forest was direct and we spent many happy hours exploring the numerous leafy tracks enjoying the birdsong, wildlife and tucked away forrest cottages. There are also routes outside the forest well worth a look.||||I can't recommend The Three Chimneys Farm and The Three Chimneys Farm B and B highly enough whether you are holidaying with or without horses. There are also several houses and gardens to visit. We managed a trip to the exceptional gardens at Sissinghurst which is just 20 mins away, Fantastic time had by all.

We stayed here for 6 days. And we loved it sooooo very much! The host was ever so lovely and helpfull. She served a delicuis breakefast! The room was spotless clean and decorated very nice! The bed was the best we ever experienced. There was a nice room to share with other guests, wich has a small kitchenarea with fridge. The farm is really picturesque. And you can walk straight from the Farm into the most beautiful landscape. ||We stayed in the small farmbuilding with Jane as a host and we could'nt whish for more! ||We will definatley be back!

Ideal for visitors looking for a location with good views over the surrounding countryside. The 1 mile tarmac track leads off the road connecting Goudhurst to Bedgebury Park. The ensuite bedroom ad been tastefully modernised and we enjoyed quiet sleep (although perhaps having a farm nearby could mean animal noises). Very good breakfasts greeted us on the 2 nights we stayed. Close to interesting historical properties, vineyards and lakes and woods to enjoy walks.

We stayed for 3 nights within the Farms B&B, hosted by the very welcoming and helpful Jane. The room was very spacious, clean and had a great bathroom adjacent. The full English breakfast provided was top notch and we had a delightful stay. Nothing was too much trouble, opitimised by when there was a slight hiccup with the power shower one morning this was rectified there and then. Can thoroughly recommend for a stay in that part of the world or even if just passing through.

My two children (4 & 9) and I have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay in the 1 bed barn at 3 chimneys farm.||The accommodation was ideal for us with all the amenities we required. The area has so much to offer locally with lovely walks and castles, woodlands and lakes within close proximity. A little further afield the beach at st leonard was an easy 30-40 minute drive away.||We loved our stay so much the kids didnt want to leave. If you prefer to holiday at your own pace, peace and quiet and lovely scenes on your door step I'd recommend a visit.||The host was so welcoming and was busy working with her horses which was comforting. The kids loved walching the horses and hearing them right outside was an added pleasure.||We especially enjoyed biking at Bewl water, Bodiam Castle and Scotney Castle. Tunbridge wells is also 10 minutes drive away with a large retail park for all our needs - cinema wtc. Will definatly return.
