We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful house, right next door to Sissinghurst’s enchanting gardens. The owners, Anna and Richard were so welcoming and fabulous hosts. We stayed in the ‘Sissinghurst’ room which was immaculate, spacious, gorgeous views, and my husband reckoned he had the best nights sleep ever. So comfortable! We enjoyed a fantastic full English breakfast - all locally sourced - complimented by Annas scrummy homemade granola and marmalade. Every detail about this place has been lovingly thought through. The honesty bar is a nice touch! We hope to be back again soon. Highly recommend.

Of a certain age and not being great sleepers my wife and I booked for a quiet and, we hoped, comfortable night away in the imposing Victorian house beside Sissinghurst Castle. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed a lovely warm welcome from hosts Anna and Richard and were shown to a spacious and airy room with views of the countryside, a huge double bed and a spotless ensuite bathroom. Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse being a B&B, we put a lot of stock in both those B’s. Full marks, then, for both the amazingly comfortable Bed in which we both had an excellent night’s sleep! And B for Breakfast was even better! We chose fantastic home-made granola before a splendid full English, rounded off with toast and Anna’s homemade marmalade - so good we had to buy a jar. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I have stayed a few times at Anna and Richard's wonderful B&B and as usual it is consistently excellent. You arrive and are immediately welcomed by the lovely Anna and offered the most sumptuous and delicious afternoon tea in the cosy yet bright comfortable sitting room. The house is beautiful and on this occasion I stayed in a twin room. Two large comfortable single beds which felt more like doubles. The room is the perfect mix of traditional and modern comfort. There are so many little touches and attention to detail. Clearly much thought has gone into making guests stay a special experience. Everything is pristine and exudes quality. After a wonderfully comfortable night I tucked into a superb and perfectly cooked breakfast. Anna'a home made granola and marmalade are a real highlight. Cannot recommend this luxurious B&B highly enough.

We've stayed here before so naturally we're so pleased to be able to book in again. Huge room (Sissinghurst) beautifully decorated and v luxurious. Excellent location for local exploration (Sissinghurst Castle literally 50m away!), local vineyards, historic castles etc) and hosts Anna and Richard charming and super helpful as always. Breakfast excellent, including home made granola and marmalade, and local honey|Hugely recommended

Fabulous views, friendly staff, we were made to feel very welcome, the room was spacious and comfortable. The afternoon tea and the breakfast were exceptional. The owners went out of their way to be helpful, especially when we failed to book taxis well in advance to take us to and from the wedding venue we were going to. That is something to be aware of, taxis at a weekend get booked weeks in advance. Safe to say this is a place we would be happy to stay at again.

Nice house and lounge with small garden and good view. Nice enough rooms, though oddly a window with no blind or curtain. We enjoyed the complementary home cooked scones on arrival (though some of the team churlishly claimed they were undercooked - mine was fine). Breakfast was good enough too. Just somehow there was a slightly odd vibe. A project started in lock down by two successful energetic people who maybe are a bit done with it? In need of a break? Maybe I’m projecting. Certainly seemed a bit pricey for what it was - or maybe they‘ re just unlucky that we went to Hever Castle B&B the night before for the same price - which was better in every way…

What a great place. Room was beautiful, afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise as was the honesty bar. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Parked and walked the very short distance to visit the gardens prior to check in.|We visited The Wendy House in Cranbrook for coffee and cake and ate at the Greek restaurant there for dinner

The farmhouse has been modernised and skilfully converted. The rooms were spotlessly clean and practically furnished.

The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was all made with fresh or homemade products (granola, fruit salad, jam).
Anna welcomed us in a very friendly and courteous manner. She puts her heart and soul into the business and is fully invested.

We would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back. Thank you Anna for the unforgettable Days in your House
