As someone with experience in the dessert industry, having previously worked at Heavenly Desserts, I know what high-quality cookie dough should taste like. Unfortunately, my recent purchase from Little Dessert left me completely disappointed.

The milk chocolate cookie dough I received was overcooked to the point of being burnt. Instead of the gooey, soft texture that makes cookie dough so indulgent, this was dry, hard, and unpleasant. The chocolate drizzle on top seemed hastily applied, doing little to save the overall experience. The presentation itself was subpar, and the taste was just as unimpressive lacking the rich, buttery flavor you’d expect from a proper cookie dough dessert.

For the price, I expected something far better. It’s clear that quality control is lacking, and based on my knowledge of how cookie dough should be made, this was simply unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a satisfying dessert.

Would I order again? Absolutely not. Little Dessert needs to step up their game, or they’ll continue to disappoint customers who know what good cookie dough should actually taste like.

I was picking up an order yesterday. However, when arrived the place was in tatters. It seemed as if they were accepting more orders than they could cope with. Two people in front of me were waiting for their orders for a good while and complaining. I feel there needs to be a management review. There was no sense of urgency as most of the staff were in the back. I ordered strawberries with pistachio creme etc however there was not a lot of creme so it tasted dry. When I came into the desert place I was already put off my food from all the dirty used plates lying everywhere.

Asked for 4 individual My Hero waffles, and the guy literally bought everything on one plate to make everything easy for himself and took more than 1 hour. All orders were made at different times, and I had to ask for them to be brought to my table. Customer service is slowwww. But dessert and ice cream were nice! Never again!

waited 2 hours before opening time to eat with my friends. OMG best food ever litch im gonna have a food baby. Lady gave us an extra oreos waffle for our patience 🙏💓 All 4 of us are very happy and WILL be coming back soon!

When I stumbled upon Little Desert, I was excited by the concept—it promised a cozy escape with delightful offerings in a quaint setting. My experience, however, felt like a bit of a mixed bag.

Upon arrival, the ambiance was indeed charming. The decor oozed warmth and welcome, with soft lighting and inviting seating. It felt like the perfect spot to unwind. Unfortunately, though, this initial magic didn’t quite carry through to the service.

I noticed that while the staff were friendly when we were greeted, the wait time for service was longer than expected. I found myself pondering the menu for what seemed like an eternity before a server swung by to take our order. I understand that busy days can lead to delays, but a warm smile and regular check-ins can make all the difference!

Once we did place our order, the food was delightful, bursting with flavors that clearly evidenced a lot of love and care in the kitchen. The signature drink I ordered was refreshing, and it paired perfectly with the meal. Clearly, culinary skills were on point. It's just unfortunate that the pacing felt off.

Given that the place was packed, perhaps I just caught them during a particularly hectic time. I do want to give Little Desert another shot because I believe there’s potential here—good vibes, really good food, and a picturesque atmosphere. They might just need a little tweak in service flow to match the quality of what they offer.

Overall, if you’re in the area, don’t let the average service deter you from experiencing the food and charm of Little Desert. A little patience goes a long way for what could be a delightful dining experience over time!

Undoubtedly, the top dessert spot in Cov! The staff is delightful, providing exceptional service. The menu offers an array of tempting options, and the desserts are truly exceptional. The interior exudes a fantastic and opulent atmosphere. I would enthusiastically bring all my family and friends here!
