I visited Sheryl's crystal shop and she was very knowledgeable and has a lovely selection. She has a warm and friendly energy. I got some lovely crystals and I'll definitely be back again soon! Looking forward to my crystal reiki session next week.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Sheryl is warm, welcoming, and excellent at what she does. Me and my girlfriend being total newbies to the spatial/meditation 'thing' had a very satisfying experience and left with a whole new energy. I first made contact with Sheryl seeking an experience shared with my girlfriend as a couple and she was able to nail this. This is something we will be doing again.

Attended the Retreat today , was just the best , total escape, so welcoming and calming atmosphere. All the yoga, meditations and sound healing hit the spot for a perfect reset and relaxing day. Will be going again .
