Amazing business and unbelievable customer service. I recently designed and build my outdoor sauna and purchased many items through Finnmark. Time and time again they spent the time, offered advise and really helped my understand the project. Even with a faulty heater, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We had Finnmark recently design and install a bespoke Sauna and would highly recommend them. Right from the consultation stage they we extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble when we requested personalised touches to the design and their attention to detail was great.
My wife is originally from Finland so creating a true authentic Finnish Sauna was a must. Finnmark without doubt delivered on this.
The installation team lead by Connor were great, very friendly, tidy and as we had a new born they went over and above to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
