I've been to Michelle a couple of times and after trying somewhere new after she couldn't fit me in, I returned to her to save my nails before my wedding! She stayed open late to fit me in and absolutely rescued my nails which were in the worst state after seeing a nail tech in Tenterden. They looked lovely and lasted for ages. Michelle really is one of the best nail technicians I've ever tried and I'm always so happy with the results. Thank you!!!!

Michelle has done my nails for years !
She is not only a perfectionist , she goes out of her way to make me feel welcome and I absolutely love seeing her . She has worked so hard to create a beautiful environment for herself and her staff .
Nothing is too much trouble and no matter what kind of day she is having she always welcomes me with a smile , my favourite cuppa and we always end up laughing .
I look forward to my next appointment and can highly recommend Michelle and this wonderful salon x

I saw Michelle today for the 1st time. I had a French polish done on my nails before my holiday at a nail bar in Tunbridge wells. She was horrified at how badly it was done. I was concerned about my nails being damaged as it had taken me a while to grow them. She was very gentle and informative whilst removing the layers and took so much time and care. It took over 1 hr and 20 minutes before I came out with beautiful manicured, shaped and polished nails. Take my hat off to her - she knows her stuff!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now and happy to support a local business.

Michelle is a true perfectionist with a meticulous eye for detail. My manicure lasted over four weeks, Only the regrowth necessitated another visit to The Salon, otherwise they were still perfect. Booked in now until Christmas. So glad I found her 🙏

Had the loveliest experience at the salon. Such a kind and warm welcome. After being super busy the owner managed to fit me in last minute! The owner is absolutely lovely and so down to earth, she really goes above and beyond and takes such pride in what she does and it shows. Really makes you feel at home. The salon is a lovely decorated and clean environment. Excellent service, will definitely be going back regularly now. very happy Thankyou.

Have been using this salon since the summer for manicures and nails. The attention to detail with both Michelle and Rena is exemplary, they are complete professionals with exceptionally high standards. You are never rushed and they always ensure you are completely happy with your treatment. As they are both so thorough your appointment may run over a little but this is just to ensure their high standards are never compromised.
