I've been going here for a while, but had to update my review to say I recently had a bad back and returned to the massage clinic to see if that would help. After the massage my whole body felt so much better and I haven't slept so well in ages - the pain completely went. Nok is genuinely the best there is at working around pain and injuries. First visit today with a long term frozen shoulder made worse by a car accident. Along with herniated discs which have led to nerve root compression for 10 years. Nok threw her weight into breaking down the muscles which have been solidly in spasm for years. Sore but I now have a range of movement I haven’t had in years. Already looking forward to the next session in a fortnight. After years of pain meds, physiotherapy and orthopaedic doctors who have made little to no difference this 2hr session of a deep tissue massage is a complete game changer for me!

Absolutely amazing massage I had today with Nok. I booked for a reflexology and when I arrived and explained what the issues were, Nok advised what the best thing was for me and she was spot on. I had a full body massage 2 weeks ago before a weeks driving course, which even though my lower back pain has constantly improved, found a cause coming from the really tight hamstrings. Amazing massage, first time having hot stones which I really enjoyed and also extra tips on improving the tight areas I have.
