I called to ask if I can book directly for a more competitive price after seeing the guest house on booking.com
The lady on the phone said I can book on their website. I asked if breakfast was included as it’s included in the price on booking.com as clearly shown in the photo below. She told me it was £8 extra per day per person for continental. I responded and said if I book it on booking.com it’s included to which She rudely snapped that it was incorrect and hung up the phone on me. I called back twice and she did not answer. Unbelievable lack of decency or customer service.

Good location. Lovely biscuits are in the welcome pack. There is a bit space for improvment, rusty bits in the bathroom. We had no toilet brush in the bathroom. The shower head was mouldy, and limescaled. Some cobwebs were arould a ceiling. We got comfy pillows and thick duvet

A lovely place to stay. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean with attention to detail. Spacious and light dining and sitting area overlooking beautiful garden with trees. Bus stops right outside the house with frequent buses into city centre and back. Pubs and restaurants nearby including a great Lebanese restaurant 'Beirut'.

The Heathrow Oxford Airline bus runs along London road - the stops are about 200 m (Headington shops)- from the guest house. quite easy and safe to drag luggage.|Buses to Oxford stop in front of house, frequently. It costs 2GBD to Oxford central bus station n city centre, passing Brookes university .|the house is very comfortable and kept very clean, with clean towels n generous sachets of Nescafe, sugar, even chocolate.|breakfast is a treat - whole range of cereal sn milk, almond n soya , yogurt, fresh fruit, prune .. of course eggs (done to your order) n toast. This is a deal breaker!!!|Selene the housekeeper was super helpful - especially allowing me to downsize from twin to single (charging less!) . She also helped me to sort out my check in difficulties with my airline including calling them. Wow - an angel in need indeed.|the heading ton shops are just 100m away with a whole range of shops including several charity ones, a dream of Thrift shoppers!!|Plenty of car park too.

For what it is, i want to give 5 stars. For overnight/weekend stay in Oxford it is ideal. Really quiet but a short bus ride to city centre - bus stop is literally right outside! We didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but the room was light and bright it looked delightful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use again for a weekend break

This was a nice surprise. Had to stay 4 nights near John Radcliffe hospital.. our room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine... with a good choice and cooked when you get there . Perfect. ||Our room was cleaned well and quickly daily..... plenty of parking and on great but route to town..||The staff were lovely... welcoming, friendly and very very helpful.. ||||We refute those reviews about it being unclean.

Good off road parking and very friendly staff. Bus stop right outside the main entrance. Room clean but mattress had collapsed at the sides and was very creaky - felt like I was falling out of bed! TV very small and unable to read anything on the screen once in bed!|Bath towels were once white but now grey and very small. They wouldn’t go around a large person. Nice touch to put bottles of water and mini toiletries in the room.|Breakfast £8 per person per night extra definitely not worth the money|The property is old and needs a refurbishment|Expensive for what is provided.
