I booked into Body and Mind today following being gifted a voucher for here for my recent birthday. I can honestly say that from the service I received on the phone through to the experience of being at the skincare clinic, everything was just perfect. The team were welcoming and friendly, the clinic itself is professional, bright and clean and overall everything was just as you’d wish it to be. Aimee was my beauty therapist for my treatment and she was lovely. I had a bespoke back, face and scalp massage and it was so calming and relaxing, a perfect self-care treatment that I will most certainly book in for again. I didn’t realise just how much I needed this and I’m so glad I’ve been introduced to Body and Mind. I really look forward to returning and can’t recommend this clinic enough. Never had any problems until my last massage with daisy who understandably is new so at a discounted price. However that is no excuse to give only a 20 minute massage for a 30 min booked massage and then to be told I was late drinking my coffee? Appalling! I was on time and by the time daisy had knocked to come in the room to start treatment I had necked my coffee. Management doesn’t want to compensate in any way

Anna and the ladies at body and mind are exceptional!
I worry about going into salons, as I have had a bad experience going into salons before.

All the ladies made me feel so welcome as soon as I entered the premises.

Thank you to all of of the ladies that do a wonderful job at body and mind.

The service was so good that I have booked in for every week to have a full body massage!

Body & Mind is a business above the rest!

I have had the back, neck, shoulder, scalp and facial massage today and it was AMAZING!

I called and spoke to Laura (apologies if I got the name wrong) she was really professional and helped me with my query and I asked what she would recommend. Laura took her time and was very helpful and booked me in for today. When I arrived she was very welcoming, friendly and made me feel relaxed already.

I had tiarni for my massage and it was truly one of the best massages I have had. Tiarni made me feel so relaxed and I didn't realise just how much tension I had and I could feel myself unwind as the massage went on. Thank you Tiarni I really needed this massage to help my well being and you did just that. 🙂

The salon itself was beautiful and gave you a relaxing vibe as soon as you walked in making you forget about everything.

I will be booking again and to anyone who is unsure, please go to Body and Mind they are amazing.

This was my first visit for one of the massage treatments with Tiarni. I was really made to feel welcome by the staff. The message was so relaxing I wished it could have lasted longer. I will definitely be returning for more pampering. May try a different massage on my next visit.

Such a clean and spotless salon!! Everything was made very clear on covid procedures and I felt very safe. I had my first dermalogica facial in just over 10 years and Aimee did not disappoint!!! I had the pro 60 facial and so glad I did, all my skin concerns were addressed and I felt very relaxed in sharing these. The most relaxed 60 minutes I can remember! My skin felt amazing for the rest of the day and I was given some dermalogica samples which was a bonus!! Thank you so much Aimee!

I had the waxing package ahead of my wedding and the woman who attended to me was fabulous.
I'm heavily pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout as well as doing a perfect job. The salon itself looks good and you don't feel like you're walking into someone's spare room.

Would recommend for the place, service and treatment!
