This is situated in quiet countryside with plenty of pleasant lanes for walks. I had a warm welcome from Sue. My en suite single room was pleasant & clean, the bed was comfortable & I enjoyed looking out of the winter watching the many different birds on the feeders, including a woodpecker. The cooked breakfast was excellent & set you up for the day. I would always return here rather than anywhere else if a room was available.

Lovely little bed and breakfast and I cant fault the very warm welcome from Paul and Sue. Breakfast was a traditional English affair which was also excellent and sets you up for a full days site seeing. The area is simply lovely and would return again in a heart beat, best place nearby for food and drink is the stilebridge pub which is also excellent. Pleasant walks in the country avaialable outside the frront door as the granary is essentially a farm. Well done guys on a well run B and B.

Find this place the last minute when I was in Germany on the internet. I arrived late at night and was welcomed with a very warm welcome, The room was lovely with a great selection of tea and coffee in the room. The onsuite was very clean with a good selection of shower gel and shampoo plus loads of soft towels.||The choice of breakfast was large and the table was set out lovely. Thank you for such a nice stay and I hope to stay again

We found this a very peaceful place to stay, with no traffic noise at all. We consider the accommodation excellent value for money considering for the price you get a full English Breakfast. No matter which direction you approach from you have to go down single track country lanes, so drive carefully.

Excellent B & B. Warm welcome from Sue. The en-suite single room had everything, TV, tea coffee bottled water, biscuits. Full English breakfast was delicious. It was very clean and comfortable and I will definitely be using it again when I visit Maidstone

We booked the cottage for a few days and it is well appointed. Very good for disabled people and has most things that you need.||On the down side there were cobwebs everywhere and we had to clean the light fittings and corners before we could settle in. If you are looking to get away from it all, then this is the place for you.||One the downside, access is by very small single file roads, the water is solar powered so in winter there was not enough and we had cold showers as the immersion heater took a long time to heat up and if you still want to be in touch with civilisation, then be aware that there is no wifi and the mobile coverage is virtually non existent.
