This will be my new favorite place to stay whenever I'm in London. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, & located in the perfect location with lots to do in the surrounding area & right next to the tube. All of that said, the best part about this hotel is the staff. Sweety, Teresa & Victoria were amazing. We were only there a couple of days, but by the time we left they started to feel like family. It's definitely my new home away from home whenever I'm there.

What can I say? Really one of the best places to stay in London, of course not including luxury uber expensive hotels. Spacious large rooms. Super clean. Nice lounge. Kitchen. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pleasant decor. Short walk to the Bank tube station with access to everywhere and train to London city airport. Do not hesitate to book. Sometimes price is quite cheap.

This was my second time staying at Cove Cannon Street The City. I come to London frequently and when I first chose this location last year I didn’t know what to expect. As a traveler I like to have my own pace and prefer to blend in. This location allows me to be in the heart of the City. It has Tube access within several steps of the hotel. There are places to shop for provisions and fun pubs. The restaurant options are diverse as well. I will say as a Chef I liked having a full kitchen in my room. It’s nice to be able to go to the local grocer and whip up my own meals after a day of wandering the city. The room is clean, the accommodation are well thought out for your stay. The staff are warm and will give helpful recommendations of what to do in the area. ||I will say I was booked to stay longer but due to a family emergency back in the States I had to leave far earlier than planned. The staff was so kind and it was very touching. I can’t thank them enough and that in itself tells me that on my next stay I will be returning to this hotel. ||So if you want to experience London and want to feel more like you are staying at home rather in a traditional hotel room I fully recommend this place.

Stayed here for 2 weeks during my business visit to London. Absolutely five-star experience at Cove - Cannon Street! The room was spacious for a relaxing stay, and the staff was absolutely kind and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sweetie and Victoria, whose attentive and friendly service made my visit truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend it!

I stayed in London for a month for work. I got so lucky with Cove, Cannon St. I was struggling to find a decent and safe place for a longer than usual stay that doesn’t break the bank! I found this place. On check in, Marcus was on reception- he was the warmest most hospitable host I ever met! He accommodated all my silly wishes and then I met Victoria and Teresa! They were extremely friendly and helpful!

Now enough about the amazing team, the room was spacious and clean - could use with a bit more amenities but overall it’s really good. Location of the hotel is amazing close to everything and extremely safe area.

The flat was very nice, well-furnished, and located in a central and quiet area. It was very close to the metro and St. Paul's Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was always friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a short stay. I would absolutely recommend it and would definitely book here again.||

We were very impressed by the location. It is close to several different underground lines, so it's easy to move around the city; it's very close to St. Paul's; you could walk across the bridge to the Tate Modern; and it was quiet at night. ||The apartments themselves are roomy and have everything you need for a short stay in London.||The staff was also very kind and courteous.

Overall the stay was excellent and we loved every minute. We wanted the convenience of self catering so that we could have brunch in the room, for our friend's 50th, in our PJs, and not have to schlep around looking for somewhere. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and we'll definitely be back. The location is excellent. Mansion House tube station is literally on the doorstep. (And Bank is a few minutes' walk away. Sainsbury's local just around the corner.) The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. The room was spotless. There were plenty of plugs. Good mirrors, huge bathroom etc. ||A few tiny minor issues: (These little things didn't affect our experience, and they are not a moan, we're just giving honest feedback.)||The kitchen was pretty well stocked but a few extra bowls (fruit bowl/serving dishes/salad bowls) would have been good.||A hairdryer would be very useful.||Another tea towel would have been helpful as ours was drenched by the end.||Perhaps some drawers for storage rather than having all cutlery and utensils in one pot. (There's lots of wasted space under the oven and sink, so they could go in there?)||A dishwasher tablet or 2 would have been good.||The room sleeps 4 but there were only 2 dining chairs. We managed but would have been better to have more.||The shower drain did drain but VERY slowly. I had to stop my [short] shower as the wet room was becoming more of a paddling pool and I was worried it would spill out the bathroom door. I ended up using the plastic insert of the bathroom bin to scoop it up and pour it down the toilet. The last bits I couldn't scoop did drain eventually but VERY slowly. I imagine it's just bunged up with hair and needs a good clean, but just be aware.||Weird alarm went off in the middle of the night above the sofa bed. (I slept through it in the bedroom!) but our friend on the sofa bed had quite a surprise!||Make sure the windows are closed overnight as traffic noise/bin lorries etc. was loud, even at the weekend.||Rain head shower not very powerful (but maybe with the slow drain that was a blessing!?) ||Overall BRILLIANT and we can't wait to come back again and stay for longer next time. Thank you for helping to make our friend's 50th so special!!
