Local and traditional pub about one mile from the centre, with quiet, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We slept the whole night through, without any noise, even as the locals got together in the pub below to watch some football. The showers are hot and the hostess friendly. Very good B&B for a fair price.

Arrived yesterday 15.8.24 met by very friendly bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble, even pre booked a taxi for my night out tonight. The owners are lovely people and the breakfast is brilliant. I would definitely recommend for a short stay with excellent rates.

Located a little way out of the city centre but still within walking distance. I can recommend room3 with its separate shower/WC room on the top floor. Quiet even when the pub is busy downstairs. Comfortanle bed,vgreat breakfast and truly value for money.

Lovely, very local and traditional pub. There's also three affordable and cozy rooms available for rent upstairs (where I stayed). Debbie and Janice were warm and welcoming.

Never been made to feel less welcome in a place ever. Didn't even get to order a drink as left in tears. Verbal abuse from staff for get this going to toilet before ordering. Humiliated and degraded. Stood in total shock, as a disabled adult with social anxiety. Had to get a drink and snacks from sainsbury's instead.
