Excellent sleep and clean room. Staff are really nice and friendly. The breakfast was so good worth booking the pub is great for evening meals too. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend to all. They cater for children very well. Pub good for afternoon drinks.

Since I’ve been to this hotel before it’s been extended to the left of the main picture and is still a nice place to stay.||Phone signal is very bad and if you don’t pay for full WiFi it can be painfully slow. ||Rooms are clean (except the tv remote wow that was filthy) and quiet, heating does work and I was comfy throughout a four night business trip.||Shower thankfully was nice and powerful only grumble was the sink tap which I can only assume has a water saving device fitted (see pic) breaking news it does not save water I used twice as much to wash, clean teeth etc…. Pointless!

Our usual Premier Inn New Year visit to Cornwall. Once of the nicest Premier Inns in Cornwall. The staff are very helpful and always seem to be smiling. The room was of the usual high standard. The only down side was the internet connection which could be slow or non existant. ||We ate at The Maytree, definately the best Premier Inn partner we have experienced. The staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definately eat there again

Been staying here for a few nights now. Staff are faultless. Always smiling and happy for a chat! Rooms spotless and to a high standard. Best nights sleep I’ve had since staying here. Highly recommend.

The hotel is great for a short break, we stayed 2 nights, a quick break before Christmas. Easy to book, very reasonably priced( we had a great deal on free breakfast) Ideally located for exploring south west Cornwall. Room was spacious and clean. Wish we could open the windows, personally not keen on air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and plenty of piping hot water for morning shower.

Stayed here before, it was ok then. But this time for a 2 night stay seemed a few niggly things that have brought the experience down.||Check in was ok, found room 154 was miles away, could almost have been in Falmouth!! Straight away smelled damp, as though the shower had been on and no ventilation. Didn't seem like bathroom extractor fan working and kicked steam into the room. Window didn't open either. And room air con seemed ineffective, and timed out after an hour so had to keep resetting. Would have asked to change room but couldn't face the walk with luggage back to reception. If anyone would have been there a debate too.||Reception told us to let them know if we wanted the room refreshed (usual these days) and gave us a label for the door, but no phone in the room so couldn't let them know, and each time we walked past no one there to let know. So even though we used the label, room wasn't touched. Wonder what the point of the label was tbh.||In the room, the decor was tired but ok. Shower was good, but this frustrating tap spreader means all water comes out as a fan, so no direct jet. Not sure what that's supposed to do. And the toilet tissue caddy, putting the tissues in right would mean they come out properly. That's quite important in the moment of need.||Premier Inn used to be good value clean and comfortable but this one seems to be heading downhill I'm afraid.

Room was very clean and tidy, Even in them middle of storm Darragh we still were not disturbed by the wind or rain. staff were unphased by all the extra people sent from another hotel that had lost all of its power. Everybody was dealt with quickly and efficiently and without any fuss.
