Got my nails done (BIAB) last Tuesday. It had not even been a week and my nail polish has started peeling off completely. BIAB is not supposed to peel off, so it has assured me that it was not cured correctly. Not what you would expect from a nail technician which charges for BIAB and I have never had this issue with any other salon. I will not be coming here again.

I walked in, to get builders' gel nails done. Appointment was available within an hour which was great for Sunday afternoon.
I received nice treatment from the staff and especially from Kusum who did my nails.
She was professional, polite and truly skilled.
I booked another appointment before I left the shop. Looking forward to it.

I had a wonderful experience at brow lodge. The treatment i got was full head colouring done by Prescilla. I am pretty happy with the service. After the treatment my hair turned out so nice. Prescilla did them so well. It was exactly the colour i wanted. Loved the hair. Moreover, i am visiting this salon for one year. They do the eyebrows and haircut so well. Also, liked the atmosphere. The staff there were very welcoming. Would highly recommend it.

I have been going to Brow Lodge for my last few haircuts by John, who was excellent. He has now left and has been replaced with Priscilla. I showed her a photo of me after my last haircut by John and asked for a repeat. So all she had to do was trim up the existing style in effect. What a botched job she did. The mirror in front of me was so high I could just about see my eyes, so I couldn’t see what she was doing. Didn’t realise how bad it was until I got home. I went back and made a complaint but was only offered an apology, no refund. I went to another beauty salon and the stylist spent almost 1.5 hours sorting out my hair as best he could. So unfortunately I will not be returning to the Brow Lodge. A shame as I had been very happy with them until this last disastrous visit.

I went to brow lodge for the first time as I normally get the brows at ( angle beauty parlour ) however as I arrived today to get a shape up I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged, I sat down and waited anyway and still after 10 minutes nothing like the shop was busy….. But it wasn’t so I got up and left,
Still needing a shape up I decided to try out
Brow lodge literally just down the way I normally just stick to what I know out of habit but Im glad I went for a change, I was greeted and treated by the lovely Anchal, kind and accommodating just overall pleasant people, I don’t normally do the review thing, however I think these girls deserve one.
If you get your brows done you know it’s not painless process, however this was the first experience for me getting the brows done with the least amount of pain I’ve EVER had to endure for this beauty standard of mine.
I will definitely be returning and letting the girls know that brow lodge is the place to be. 🥂✨
