Spotlessly clean room. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Very quiet corridor which meant I wasn't disturbed and hence slept well. WiFi OK plenty of tea and coffee all in all a comfortable stay. Plus being a lady on my own I felt safe. Only downside was having to pay for parking. Y

Did not stay overnight in the hotel. Walk in for the unlimited breakfast as a start to birthday celebrations. Manager Will and his team, Tia and Toni, were fab from start to finish. Attentive, engaging, and genuinely interested in people. |All of the breakfast items were cooked to a high standard, flavoursome and hot. |Friendly team in a lovely looking restaurant that pays homage to the local area. |Will definitely be back, likely in larger groups with friends/family.

I stayed here for three nights last week. Clean rooms and town centre location, very quiet all great.
The staff were very friendly. I was able to borrow an iron firm reception no bother.
There is parking but you need to pay, it’s a fifteen minute walk from the station.
I thought it was very good value for money, it was inexpensive.
My only critic was the dinner menu on the meal deal was very limited, with just five options. If there was a bigger menu it would been nice to have had the choice. The food I did have was very nice, especially the brownie (picture below). The limited choice is the reason for four stars this time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed the night before heading to West Midlands Safari Park and it was perfect for that. Easy to follow instructions for parking which was a really short walk away and several good restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was clean, rooms large and interesting due to the building itself and staff were friendly. ||||Only slight negative, which didn't affect us as we were already planning on heading out, was the limited dinner menu. ||||Would definitely return, it's a lovely building and everything you need nearby.

Hotel is in a former cotton mill which has been tastefully repurposed while retaining some original features, particularly in the dining area. Rooms are clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of storage space and a good bathroom with shower. The air conditioning heats the bedroom quickly, which is very useful in a building not designed with modern insulation in mind.||||On the down side, the dining room - reflecting the nature of the building - can be cold and the evening menu is limited, but good. Also, booking confirmation directs guests to a pre-pay booking site for car parking - this should be ignored as the Weaver Wharf car park is FREE from 18:00 to 08:00 the next morning (charges apply at other times). ||||Overall, a little gem with excellent, attentive and welcoming staff. I will certainly stay again.

They joke about the lift being slow and taking over a minute to go from the ground to the 4th floor to be able to check in at reception, but it's not a joke if you are stuck in a lift hoping it's no broken down. GET THE LIST FIXED. Check in was really slow because of a lack of staff, as they were busy being a waiter in the restaurant before becoming a receptionist to check you in. Check was smooth, even if it was a waiting time of about 5 minutes. Room was clean, room was a bit shabby in it's finishing touches. Was bad to have to ask for room to be serviced, rather than it being done automatically, which is a hotel standard. But guessing you have cut costs We checked out just before 8 and the traffic warden is waiting in the car park to catch out thoose that ain't up ,so you're been warned, get down to your car to pay

I had a very comfortable stay at the Premier inn in Kidderminster. The location was right in the city centre and there were plenty of shops within walking distance. The reception is on the fourth floor in the dining area. Breakfast was really nice. I recommend staying here if your in Kidderminster. There is parking that is charged at £4 per day. You can book online before arrival.

Nice enough rooms. Breakfasts leave a lot to be desired. The building was interesting, being an old mill. Reception & Restaurant on top floor with the slowest lift ever, but has a faster one too. Had pigeon feathers coming through a skylight in the restaurant on the first morning. Didn't use that table again. An experience!
