My wife, my son and myself needed emergency accommodation due to our home being flooded and unsafe. |I cannot fault the staff members at this hotel and restaurant. They have all been so welcoming, friendly, helpful and more. What a lovely team at the Premier Inn South, Tamworth. |The restaurant is never very busy and the food choice is very minimal, with nothing really that is of good choice. However, the staff members are pro-active, happy, friendly and easy to talk to.|The team at Tamworth South are a credit to the business and definitely our making our stay here. |If there has been anything we needed, they have just got it. |If you're looking for somewhere to stay, I definitely recommend it. |Thank you to the team ♡

Hotel lovely and clean. Bed comfy. Bathroom fully stocked and clean.|Sophie was amazingly helpful and made me feel so welcome. She attended to all my foody needs and went out of her way to put strictly on for me when i was the only one eating in the restaurant.

Fantastic service from Sophie, Sam and Nikki, clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast service. The hotel is nicely tucked away and bar and restaurant is a seperate building with a nice vibe. Reception staff are very helpful with replacement towels and toiletries. Restaurant could do with a bit more variety on the menu but the fish and chips was very good. Will return

Business Booker with a National job means i stay in lots of these hotels and this is in the top 10 worst. A main menu in the restaurant with 5 options to choose from, 1 lager on draft, everything else off. 1 chef and 1 front of house meant service was painfully slow. Rooms behind reception have washing machine banging on the wall all night and a TV the size of a postage stamp. Avoid avoid avoid.

Really good stay, warm welcome from Nicki, very helpful. Limited restaurant menu but good service.|Rooms were clean, needed extra towels, the tall housekeeper with glasses (didn’t catch her name) was quick to assist, and was very polite. Even offered to help me with luggage.

Had a lovely stay for the weekend whilst attending the classic car show at the NEC. Ideal location for NEC and great value. Of particular worthy mention is Sam who went beyond the call of duty to make our stay a good one. Attention to detail, polite and nothing too much trouble. All the staff are worthy of a mention and the food was great! Well done to you all. Thank you!

Stayed here a few times when visiting the NEC. Always clean,comfortable and well mannered staff. ||On our most recent visit, we went into the attached pub to eat and a few drinks. Sophie who served us was an absolute star, friendly, happy to assist and a please to meet and deal with. Thank you Sophie you are a credit to the company.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and that’s the only positive. Rooms were absolutely boiling and the AC doesn’t work, even when it’s off it slowly blows hot air through, the window only opens about 2 inches so you can’t even get fresh air into the room. Staff are obviously aware of the heat problem as when you get to your room the window is open and the small fan is on full blast, but it only blows the hot air around making it impossible to get a good nights sleep.
