We booked at short notice to use spa facilities and make a weekend of it for my daughter birthday.
Despite being advised renovations were occurring at the hotel, we were barely disturbed throughout our stay.

Pool was decent temperature, changing facilities were excellent, room was clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was a good standard and variety, too.
Highly recommend staying there.

This was a last minute booking, hotel very busy but we enjoyed a lovely stay. My mom is a IHG Platinum elite member and this was recognised. Magda (reception) was really welcoming and advised re dining etc. She also took time yo check on our enjoyment, during our stay. |Our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. |We dined early, so restaurant was quiet, great food and service; shout out to Mitchell, he was warm, friendly and professional- service attentive but unobtrusive. A lovely breakfast experience too: again, we dined early, I’d imagine it gets very busy after 8am.|Overall, an excellent stay and I’d definitely return.

Perfect location for the Gymnastics at the International Centre. Easy walk through the car park into the shopping centre too.
Lovely big room and great breakfast.
All the staff were pleasant to deal with from reception to the house keeping but especially the ladies in the breakfast area.

Lovely hotel. Very clean throughout. Staff very friendly. Dinner / breakfast 7/10. Made myself and grandson very welcome in all areas. Lovely pool but quite chilly. Would return again to the hotel. Well done all

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable and excellent staff. The staff were able to accomodate me in regards to additional pieces of luggage I had for the nearby conference and they were happy to help. This is not always the case in other hotels, so it was nice to see a hotel who really understood their customers.

Brilliant place to stay with kids. Brilliant pool, free parking, easy to find and the table football was a big hig with my kids.

The food selection and quality I would rate fairly low, but it is made up for by the fact that every single staff member was excellent.

From house keeping to the waiters, reception staff and gym employees. All were friendly, approachable and helpful.

Had a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and gym was well equipped.
Would like to say a special thank you to the lady in House keeping ( did not get her name) who very kindly posted my kindle back to me after Royal mail messed up the collection I arranged.

This was a return visit for myself and my daughter. On arrival we were greeted, warmly by Magda, Marilan, and colleagues, and I was delighted that my IHG status qualified us for an upgrade.||||Our room was spacious, well appointed and spacious.||||Our dining experience was great: prompt service, from Tanya. She was warm, engaging and anticipated our needs. Food of good quality, tasty and well presented. Susan also assisted us, as did Tony.||||This is a solid 4* hotel, teams are lovely: professional, warm and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!
