Booked a pet-friendly lodge and got told off for leaving the dog in the lodge while in the theme park. Even the dog welcome pack mentioned leaving the dog in the lodge but it’s in the T&Cs small print that you can’t. I don’t leave the dog for long ever but you do need to now and then. I feel this should be apparent before booking. What I didn’t like was being argued with at reception about it not being clear. They made me lock the dog in awful unmanned kennels and I had to find staff for a water bowl.

I also requested a vacuum as the dog malts a lot and it never arrived. The food at the clubhouse is low quality. It’s a shame as my little boy liked the theme park but I didn’t want to come back.

Just got back from 7 nights here (second year) and it's a fantastic place for the kids they loved every minute of it. There's lots to do on site. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and simple. We stayed in one of the safari tents and it was very clean and spacious ideal for a family of 5. My only criticism with the tents was the saucepans where small making it difficult to cook for a family of 5.

The clubhouse had a great choice of food and drinks and the food was great.

The evening entertainment was great for the kids and we all enjoyed the wrestling. My only criticism with the entertainment was it would of been nice if the soft play opened later and there was some entertainment for the adults, maybe a comedian or something. Overall it was a great week and the kids really enjoyed themselves so I'm happy with that. Thanks again crealy

We stayed on the site in one of there lodges but arrived a day late and made sure to called to let the staff know. Everything was in the lodge.
The lodge was clean and tidy. The hot tube was ready and cleaned twice a day every day.

We paid for the theme park wristbands which you had to wear all the time and we were there for 7 days best value for money.

The food was expensive so take a picnic. There is a tesco extra 3miles away from the park.
Buy plenty of water to drink because I'm from the North so it tasted horrible out of the tap.

The site says its cashless so we didn't take any only card but we found out that there is 2p machines and £1 game machines round the park. But the food and drink and the shops are all card only. So we only going to take £50 in cash next time we go.

The entertainment on the night was at the adventure zone but that was in the theme park so you need to the wristband to enter or there was a club house on the site near resport information office.

The kids enjoyed every minute of the holiday because there was plenty of entertainment during day and evening to keep them occupied.

The staff warm and friendly and give you plenty of information.

There is a big carpark and it's free and if you bring your pets there is a area for them to be looked after during the day.

Buy your holiday and tickets for the theme park from the crealy website.

We spent a week here... although we enjoyed it very much just 2 things was a miss.... could of done with a bit of evening entertainment for the kids but this is a lack of communication as we didn't know the start of September in their end of season we are use to October being end of season and the other thing is the shop are a drive away but again not crealys fault as they do provide locations for shops.... on the upside the wrist bands got use into the park all week and they came in handy keep 2 lads occupied they was at a cost of 130 quid for 4 of them... all staff was lovely and very interactive and made the ride fun... food in theme park was okay altho lacking with everything being fried or a sandwich witch 2 growing lads would eat 2 lol... club house food on the campsite was beautiful and really well priced and the staff was very friendly and more then happy to help and they really need boost all in all was a great holiday just a couple of moans but nothing worth complaining about... well done creay thank you for a great holiday

This was our third visit. Nice clean lodges with hot tub. We last went at Easter this year. We frequented the clubhouse where they did a story time for children and then put on some kind of entertainment, which we enjoyed. This time October half term we were somewhat disappointed with the clubhouse. Hardly any staff and no entertainment, no storytime.
Good location for Sidmouth etc.

It is an amazing experience for family day outdoors. People and staff in Theme Park are very polite, pleasant, and welcoming tourists. 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Exmouth. Maybe a bit overpriced, but still would recommend it to any family with kids.

Great stay in the campsite. The pitches are large and well maintained, not one is very far from a toilet block or a play area either. The toilet blocks are the nicest I have ever seen (though the shower heads are not so good). Staff are efficient and very friendly. 20% rebooking discount means we'll definitely be booking for next year. We'll done Crealy.

Lovely place to stay although not much in the way of entertainment on site and the retaurant/take away was fairly basic. We were the only ones on the actual campsite but it would have been nice if the cleaners would have done a more thorough job in the bathrooms. (Bins not emptied for the entire week). However, we are guessing this is scaled up when busy, although we had paid the same as everyone else and would have liked more attentiveness. Showers have a tendency to keep switching off, although they're not supposed to and the plug in the bath didn't fit properly so the water kept emptying. Shame Theme park was closed for some of the days we were there. First day they were actually open was wet so couldn't go in. Overall, good site with lots of pubs locally to eat in.
