Never had a retailer or their staff take my allergies so seriously. We have a young person Samantha that was keen to help and displayed service excellence all with a welcoming smile.
Perhaps other retailers should take notice!

Lets start with the service. Didnt have the flavour i wanted after taking a few minutes to look for it. Asked if i wanted another flavour so opted for Caramel Shortcake, which they didnt even know what it was. Proceeded to make the customer before me milkshake. Then tried to cut through the frozen caramel Shortcake, oh dear. Over 10 minutes later hey presto one milkshake

This one is located in the county mall I’m Crawley on the first floor near food court ..... it has different varieties of shakes , soda shakes , coolers and slushes . I have attached the menu for reference on what options are available ... I have tried different varieties but did not find it that great .... good thing is they also do dairy free options for our vegan friends too

Ordered junior milkshake and the guy at the till was charging me the full price, even after I informed him it’s junior sized and you’re charging me for a full sized shake. He said “yes” and proceeded to charge me the full price until I corrected him again.
That would’ve been brushed off as a mistake but then my son was stood there for almost 10 mins whilst all the other customers were served, even those behind us in the queue. It was only when I came back to check and asked where our shake was they picked up the blender and poured it into a cup for us. I don’t understand why this delay when there were two men behind the counter and clearly our shake was already blended. Is it because I felt called them out for overcharging me? I have been coming here for years but this trip made me feel very uncomfortable so I won’t be returning.

I chose the Ahmad milkshake, and I ordered cream. They forgot the cream so had to ask for it because I payed for that! The matcha and mango was far to overpowered by the blueberry and there was far too much sugar in the drink! Extremely overpriced! Don't think I will be going here again.

Apparentaly this shakeaway prioritises customers with cash, card machine not working properly supposedely so they decide to let other customers go in-front of us.

This is all whilst they served other customers without having taken payment until the card machine worked again, why was we the exception to be ignored and pushed back and having to wait whilst other customers get served first.

Why are we in a queue? next time ill walk straight to the counter, seeing as you allowed other customers infront of us even though they were behind us in the queue.

Snarky comments like "im not a psycick" isnt gna work. you lot need to reevaluate your work ethic and how you approach customers. DIABOLICAL.

Went to buy a milkshake with a friend.

Today for the first time we were greeted with a smile and spoken to by the staff.
Usually the staff is rude without a smile and come across as if they do the job because they have to.
It really is a shame as the drink itself is amazing.
