We eat here a lot and always have a good meal.
It’s a beautiful old pub in the village of Kenn.
Last week we had a wonderful Sunday roast meal for a special birthday- there were a lot of us and children. All the staff were efficient and welcoming. The food was delicious as always!
Whether it’s a meal for two or a celebration- The Ley is fantastic.
We also like walking there in the summer from our local village.

I booked this overnight for my partners birthday as he was working away and it was the only decent hotel in the area. The rooms are absolutely GORGEOUS! We also had dinner in the restaurant and the staff went out their way to make it special for my partner as his favourite cocktail wasn’t on the menu (they made it for him anyway). The food was divine - sticky toffee pudding might have been the best we’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay and eat to anyone - worth the every penny! Thank you so much 🙂

Honestly amazing. The rooms are divine, and everything is catered for. We stayed in an accessible room that had thought of so much. Lower basins, lower mirrors for getting ready. Plenty of room to use a wheelchair. There were steps to check in and to get to restaurant though.
Food was amazing and the staff were really friendly. They couldn't do enough for us.

My husband & I had the pleasure of staying overnight last weekend. The room is luxurious & has every convenience provided, even for our dog who was equipped with bed, bowls & treat jar! We enjoyed both breakfast, lunch & dinner during our stay, all of which were delicious & of good quality & portion size. Lovely wines served at perfect temperature & a beautiful countryside setting. Booked again for next month!

Went here for lunchtime service and we were very impressed !
Very friendly staff and when you stepped into the pub the atmosphere was great.
The lunch service was spot on and very quick to come at our table.
Food was 11/10 couldn’t complain !
100% recommend to anyone.
Will be back again.

Service wasn't great, couldn't find any staff to order more drinks or get some gravy to warm the dinner up. In the end I went up to the bar, at which point I still had to wait for staff (I think the manager) to stop being angry at a booking form and look up to help.

Luke warm Sunday roast, potatoes hard on the outside and dry inside (seemed like they had been sat for ages) Yorkshire puddings with a similar quality to Aunt Bessie's and a splash of gravy on top.

Edit: I tried The Ley Arms again today and it was much better, staff were very welcoming and the food was much nicer and hot. Lots of gravy, Yorkshires big & fluffy and the potatoes were good.

5*|This was an amazing accommodation. The pub/restaurant is amazing with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The decor is tasteful and cosy. With helpful and friendly staff.||The food was lovely if a little on the cool side, it just needed to be bought out quicker. In saying that my party didn’t find this to be the case. The menu is extensive and the quality of the food was excellent||The rooms are stunning. I have stayed in 5* accommodation but this is up there with the best. The web site does not do there rooms justice as they do not capture the full ambience of the room. It was a genuine pleasure to stay there. We will return x

Spent the day at this exquisite venue tucked away in Kenn. For Bertie’s 21st Birthday celebrations we received a private room which we decorated. The food was divine and the staff were attentive and caring to our needs as a party of 15. Such a beautiful venue tastefully decorated so everyone felt special. We will certainly be back and hope its soon. Cannot speak more highly of this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for an exquisite day.
