Beautiful, quirky, charming the old Hall was full of fabulous workmanship. A warm, friendly atmosphere. Our room was spotless and had an en-suite wet room. Afternoon tea was delightful. We ventured into the Brasserie for dinner which was first rate, served by Alfie. Next day we both had excellent massages in the Spa. Throughout our stay the amazing reception staff, and especially Magdalena looked after us and encouraged us to explore this wonderful hotel. Staff throughout were helpful and friendly. Definitely will.be back soon.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Couldn't have been better. The hotel itself is stunning. The spa treatments we had were brilliant must mention Emma who really made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing.
All of the staff go above and beyond and are always so helpful and polite. Special mention to NATALIE who was absolutely fantastic and a huge credit to the hotel!!! There were lots of staff who I didn't get the name of but were also great. Matt the general manager was always about and smiling. Something a lot of managers don't do. Really hope to come back in the future. Had a brilliant weekend.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed. The staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms were fabulous. Just walking around the country house felt peaceful and calming and just beautiful. My trip was with 3 ladies enjoying a special birthday.
I will be going back with my husband in the near future. Thank you Magdalena and staff.

Stayed for one night in this wonderful hotel in January 2025. Was given an absolutely excellent room with period furniture & a four poster bed in the Old Hall section of the hotel. Complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and staff friendly & polite. Buffet style breakfast was fresh & very good. Spa facilities were clean and expansive. Will return again.

The hotel was just what we wanted - six of us ( 3 couples) loved the driving up the drive and coming into the beautiful old building and had tea and later drinks in the old Sheridon Bar. Our dinner was delicious and we took the hotel’s advice and came in quite early on Sunday for a large and varied breakfast. The hotel was busy but the staff were fantastic, always positive and helpful. ( and a big shout out for the brilliant restaurant manager who turned his hand up everything ). We never even got to the spa and pool but they looked great.

Crewe Hall is wonderful. The old hall is breathtakingly beautiful and quirky. The attention to detail and workmanship is awesome. The staff are first rate. Our room was spotless, had a very comfortable bed and a wet room en-suite. The spa treatments were excellent and reasonably priced. Great overnight stay.

We stopped for a one night stay en-route. Fabulous Hotel. Beautiful from the moment we swept up the drive way. Food was very good, breakfast plentiful. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Kids loved it! We booked a family room and were given two lovely double/twin rooms with adjoining door - loads of space and very comfortable.

Wonderful experience here the staff were fantastic, food was nice, dinner and breakfast was very good, it's wonderfully decorated. I had a classic room which had an electric heater in there guessing the AC control unit doesn't kick out much heat in the winter. Only other gripes the shower was a bit lame the door stop in the bathroom is exactly where you would put the foot towel, I stubbed my toe twice 🤣 apart from that would recommend here
