There is an ant infestation in the whole hotel, rooms have ants in the beds floor & bathroom. Hotel know this is an issue & they sit and laugh at you making comments like ‘ they must have followed you here’. No alternatives offered instead they provide you a insect repellent and expect you to spray this everywhere in the room no offer to go and look at the rooms. The floor was sticky & dirty with dirty stains. The shower had spiders and cobwebs at the top and hair in the shower drain. The room had looked like it was not cleaned. Behind the bed there was rubbish everywhere and dead ants. The room was absolutely disgusting and in no condition to stay in. We have left with ant bites on our body. The rooms do not have any shower gel provided. The reception staff do not care. during our stay people had changed 3 rooms due to ants being all over the bed & floor was left to sleep in the reception area. Manager offers 50% of booking refund claims hes not ‘|Entitled to give full refund’. Dont be fooled by this hotel - booking.com show good reviews never bad. The room is gross doesnt even looked its been cleaned.

Quirky hotel., |My room made me laugh when I entered. |It was a case of so wrong, and bad, yet actually ok. |The shower door was painted with a roller, there was something missing from the bedside.. (holes in wall) .|The divan bed base that looked like it was from 1970. |The corridor doors banging every-time someone opened them.|The receptionist that stank of cigarette smoke, the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday evening… all made my stay rather comical. |Yet, I would stay again as I had the most amazing sleep, and it was cheap enough to not expect the ritz…

Small rooms but comfy.
The only real annoyance was the lack of soft close on all the fire doors which slammed shut loudly whenever anyone went through them.

We came to MK for the weekend to see our friends (we arrived home today). We stayed at this hotel (me and my partner in one room, and two friends who had a room each).||The whole hotel was really beautiful and absolutely spotless! Our beds were all super comfy, lovely powerful shower, lovely clean rooms, wonderful air con, every single member of staff were so helpful and friendly! The hotel was soooo quiet and peaceful too. No rowdy bunches or anything like that. ||The location was perfect- 10 min taxi (around seven quid) to the centre of MK so perfect if you are wanting to spend time there.||The breakfast was amazing. I came down by myself as my friends/partner were all hungover from our night out in MK. The breakfast staff (a younger guy) was soooo kind, friendly and helpful even though I came down a little bit too late I think! ||We will 100% be back and welcoming more of our friends to stay here!||Thank you so much x

I liked it, but I had no significant issues in my room. Some of my colleagues had to take cold showers on our first morning. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only real concern for me was their highly restrictive approach to meal times in comparison to other hotels in the same bracket.

One positive is the staff are amazing but they can't work miracles and that's what is needed . Couldn't get into my room till 7.30pm . Lift working for about 10 minutes each day and it's 70 steps from ground floor to 3rd floor . Food not good except for breakfast which was plentiful . Toilet actually in corner of room - no door , no divide of any sort . Friends room infested with ants . Couldn't get shower to turn on but staff came to help plus a very sullen maintenance man . Filled basin with water , went to get towel and basin emptied itself . ONE MORE VERY DISTURBING INCIDENT WHICH I CAN'T PUT HERE But suffice to say Ben ( the manager ) cleaned my toilet himself !!

A group of us stayed for silverstone , the rooms were ok , lobby looks smart , restaurant only reopened this week . So biggest thing missing was good customer service .||Some staff tried but didn’t quite get it , so limited eye contact , using COVID as an excuse .we ordered starters and a main course , the main course arrived first , we asked for a drinks order and the staff member carried on laying up tables that weren’t needed for 24 hours .||Our rooms were not serviced , covid used as an excuse again so had to ask for refills of coffee and dry towels .||Staff seem to have forgotten that eye contact and good communication with customers solves many issues .||Hopefully they can bring this back on track as it has potential .||Lastly please sort both fire doors leaving from the restaurant , one was stiff to open the other one your staff member couldn’t open at all this is dangerous !!

Stayed here as was booked through work for The British Grand Prix Weekend. Had to change rooms twice because the first room had ants running around the floor and the duvet had red stains on it. The second room had someone's boogies wiped on the wall near the bed and the toilet seat was broken and mouldly curtains . The manger apparently had checked the next room and deemed it suitable. The pictures attached are his idea of acceptable. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this Hotel to anyone and I really don't want a response from the hotel... Beyond poor.... Either get a new Manager or a new cleaner....
