The best hog roast around - using locally sourced meat, locally sourced bread, Mrs Darlingtons Apple Sauce and quite possibly the best stuffing and cracking there is. If you need event catering in the north west I would definitely recommend Roach's Roaster. Professional, friendly, family company and great service. They also do salads and cakes as added extras if needed.

We were extremely lucky to book Richard very last minute for our wedding. He was absolutely brilliant, completely reliable and the hog roast was amazing. Many of the guests commented that it was the best hog roast that they had every had and wanted to book him themselves for their own functions! Other guests also mentioned how fair Richard was in observing who had already had food and prioritising those that hadn't. There was more than enough food and no one went hungry. So happy that we booked Richard, he was also a delight to communicate with too. We really recommend him, thanks so much!!
